I like that "Wendy" is immediately aggressive and defensive. Any other normal human upon receiving Matthew's message would respond simply with confusion or denial, the step further to attack and get riled up is not realistic. I could buy "Who's Zim? Len's appropriation of words and memes reminds me of my autistic friend who, when he learns words would use it out of context and not for what it actually means. For example, two years ago I mentioned the word "logical fallacy" and told him what it meant. Now he just throws it when he talks about certain things.

I want to say that Len is basically doing the same thing that my friend does and really it's because he either doesn't understand or it's to make him look and sound more intelligent and that he (Len) is "down with the kids."

Fact, Shaner actually told police the night he was taking pictures of the pizza shop girl, that Wendy was dead.

Len is now claiming he was crew cheif on the railroad.

He's used that for a year or two at least, as you can imagine, this "title" didn't go over well with others there who actually work rather than take pictures.
