Guh. Let the people who are being harassed complain to their local cops or file for a protective order if they actually feel threatened. @JudgeDredd, I also have a law school education and I tell you Saul is 100% on the money. The feds will give zero fucks.

Why not just do it anyway, you may ask? Simple. Kiwis shouldn't interact with law enforcement... or interact with the public more generally. It never helps, and almost always hurts the community. I'd recommend if anyone plans to report on events you bring a plain old pen and legal pad, unless you have specific reason to think it'll be okay to take notes on a laptop. A lot of courts in PA don't let you bring in electronics, including cell phones, and having a traditional old standby like pen and paper is helpful.

Not sure how this court operates. The individual magistrate probably has broad leeway in what he can do.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the FBI gets 10,000 tips and 50 supposed plots every 24 hours, so I find it fairly doubtful that with tips and reports about school shootings, federal building bombings and plots to assasinate government officials that somehow a trainsperging autist with a diaper fetish would take any form of priority.

Oh absolutely. Real cyberstalking and interstate "grooming" by child molesters doesn't even get the feds' attention a lot of the time. Trying to pump up a local crime (physical stalking, which is the bulk of what seems to be complained of here) into looking like one that's interstate or international is not going to be effective.
