That's all I know. Someone made a profile that makes fun of him on Facebook. The person that created it told me Shaner just didn't follow the rules. I know he was working on a engine up there. That's probably has something to do with it.

After that second meeting with him in Pottstown. Gonna say this. He is messed up in the head. He threaten to call the NS police on me if I didn't leave. When I was leaving. I mooned him. Then I came back and waited for the train to come by when he was recording it. He wanted to get footage of a heritage unit. He was screaming after I did. I got in the shot and mooned him again. I told him if he doesn't leave. I will call the police. He was on their property. I wasn't. Took some photos. I showed it to him. He was crying and begged me not to call them.

I'm noticing a theme about lolcows claiming to have letters they're clear from any accusations...and then promptly getting nailed to the wall when those accusations are found to be true.

No he wouldn't. Dumber and crazier people have defended themselves. It's a Constitutional right to defend yourself, and can't be denied.

If he can stand up and speak English, he pretty much qualifies.

I highly doubt it. From my understanding those guys wouldn't allow Shaner to work on a fucking train engine. The only thing that people allowed Shaner to do over there was spray paint, sandblast and wipe bird shit off the trains.
