Off the top of my head without looking it up, I believe it's related to trespassing or endangerment. Probably due to Shaner intruding in restricted railroad property.

Lenny was kicked off of the Colebrookdale RR property in April of 2015...............in May 2015 he piled up a bunch of railroad ties plates on the track and tried to derail a Colebrookdale RR train.............all the while trying to get a video of it derailing..
The one charge out of four against Lenny is Defiant trespassing............basically he was on railroad property after he was told to stay off.
The other three charges of Reckless endangerment came from the train crew.

Maybe Hy told him to deny everything about the chages and Len thought it meant respond with denial every time the charges are mentioned, even out of court? To be a fly on the wall when they are planning the case....

While we all wait for the trial, I noticed this chimp out on Facebook that seems to have gone undiscovered. Looks like you're really getting under his skin, @Gook Choy!
This is part of the reason why I decided to hold everything I have (and there's a lot of it - about 100 screencaps compiled in a 7MB archive) until later, since he'll try to call the bluff and it'll make it all the more entertaining.
Also, I've been contacted by certain people who've explicitly told me not to leak what I have for now as some of it may actually be used against Len, which is a bigger reward than dumping it for lulz.
