I apologize for my actions but thought I would give one more story. Having met Len in the past I have had some fun doing pranks to him and various other things that I found funny while out on my railfan adventures. Well once upon a time......... I was in a small PA town to ride behind 425 steam train. I bought my ticket and got in line. I was the first in line and got my seat before all the other foamers or families with crying babies got on. As time passed while waiting for departure I looked at my watch and saw we were ready to depart in 10 minutes. The coach I was in was filled to the brim and yo couldn't fit one more person in it. As I waited for us to pull out I see someone come running to the car host saying he was late and had a ticket for that train ride. It was you guessed it...... Lenny Boy. He got on and came to my coach. He walked up and down the aisle looking for a seat and didnt find one seat. Then I heard him talking to someone, so I turned around to take a peek. Here I saw and heard Len talking to a family of 4 and telling them to get up and moved to another car saying that this seat was reserved for railroad employees. I couldn't believe it, this man had the balls to do this. The family refused at first but Len threatened them with calling the owner of the railroad. They eventually got up and I happened to notice that the mother was pregnant. I got up immediately and offered them me and my fiance's seats so they didn't have to search for a seat since the train was sold out. Once they sat down in my seat I went over to Len. I told my fiance to go find seats in case if this got ugly. I went over to Len a confronted him. I roared at him saying did you even notice that the women was pregnant and you stole their seats for your fat ass and your cheap camera equipment. He tried to yell at me but I pushed him back into his seat and said you better watch cause next time I see you your going down. He then threatened me with calling the owner of the railroad. I was like do it cause I know people their personally unlike he did where he claimed to know people. When I got off I talked to a friend of mine who was a big and strong guy. I told him about Len, I didn't see Len the rest of the day. The next time I would run into Len would be at Pottstown while railfanning where he tried to chat with me and it went down hill. I will save that story for later. As stated I apologize and I thank everyone who makes this forum possible.

Unless someone can correct me, based on that form that Shaner filed, at least from my understanding it appears that Shaner never showed up to the trial meaning there is nothing noteworthy to really report. More than likely he decided not to show up since it would impossible at this point to weasel his way to an acquittal.
