Len likes to do it to pretend he has clout. "No you're wrong because my uncle worked at Boeing and he states..." "You better be nicer, I have a friend in the Police Department who might visit you later on..." "I'm fine. I'm an official photographer for..."
He does that to pretend to know what he talks about, to threaten others, and to try and get away with stuff he wants. He's so stuck on that tactic due to having an IQ lower than the melting point of Gallium that he tards out and gets confused when people don't fall for it or just let him get away with it because picking a fight with an elderly retard is not high on most people's priority lists. Since it kind of worked whenever people thought he was harmless or they didn't care, he's latching on it harder than his Huggies do to his horrifying body.

Considering the shit Len pulls, how long do we give it before he gets in trouble with Johnny law for impersonating a government official?
And would his transparent stupidity be enough downgrade his sentence from purposeful/first degree (intent to frame teh koiwiz for making fun of him), to at most knowing/second degree or even reckless/third degree?

Unless Len exerts his disguise as a "guy backed by the FBI" to legitimately pressure a site into taking down content or facing federal action, I doubt that there will be anyone that bothers coming after an autistic foamer. Len is dumb, but he's not dumb enough to press his advantage to the point where he could legitimately be staring down the barrel of a federal crime.
