Ah, I see Len's back to finding random people on Facebook and making them part of the Lenspiracy. It should be pretty obvious at this point, but when there's already so many people watching and recording everything you do, calling someone's workplace and harassing them a day before a court appointment is pretty fucking stupid.

I think he is trying to spin it to look like Zim has been working for him all along, and the girl in the video was Zim, pretending to be Kirby, to somehow show that "someone working for Len has infiltrated Kiwifarms." Thus by extension it would seem to anyone who believes it, that Len tricked us instead of the other way around. It's his own sad way to save face.

He's trying to convince us the girl in the video is not the real Kirby. He's so stupid he doesn't realize why nobody would fall for that. It's only one step smarter than but I guess even that is an achievement seeing how it's Len, so good job, I guess...

Just went and checked it out. Looks like Hy is on the case.

I think you're looking at the old docket, showing Hy represented him last time. The one from the court of common pleas is still blank regarding the attorney. Honestly I doubt they're going to update the docket this close to the actual date whether or not Hy shows up.

Oh he definitely will, even with the wildest speculation I can think of (Hy pissing off the Judge enough to be held in contempt or kicked out after a long session of battling with them) Len still waddles home to brag about not being in prison because he's dumb and thinks arraignment is a trial.
