When I first saw Shaner's photo in the original post: I had the idea he looked like a kindly uncle, of the type who'd take disabled kids on a train tour.

Haven't seen anything like that in PA dockets, but I'd assume it indicates the vehicle was associated with the offense somehow. I'd guess he trespassed with the vehicle as well as trespassing with his enormous lardass.
