At least Chris can try to argue that he was supposedly in a situation of great stress when he lashed out at the Gamestop employee, and that it could help make the court sympathetic due to his 'troubles.' Len, however, just has random photos that don't prove anything, and that even if they did, wouldn't mean a darn thing.

2. You insist you were 40/50/60/65 feet from the tracks. From the photos you posted (which I have thoughtfully archived faggot) you were at best 15-20 feet from the track. Good luck with the whole "I was standing next to a deer stand" line.
3. You also insist that 7580 was "speeding" as it passed you, this has zero bearing on what you're going to court for. The judge isn't going to let you go all "Perry Mason" in his court room and start bringing in shit that has nothing to do with what you're there for.
4. You accused the judge in a very public forum (Facebook, which I have also thoughtfully archived ) of taking bribes from a website devoted to making fun of stupid people on the internet, people like you. He probably won't take kindly to that, you'll be held in contempt before you even say anything. (Also, how is it you're so fucking stupid and have managed to live this long?)
5. You're going to say the Facebook stuff is all Freddy, Erica, any of your other made up people. If that shit comes into play, which it probably won't, but I digress, they're going to want to see evidence of those peoples existence outside your head. Think about that.

Here is what I think is going to happen in court (I assume someone has let the judge know you accused him of taking bribes by now), it will begin normally, and everything will proceed just like we've all seen on T.V. There are going to be a TON of RR people there, not just from the CRR, lots of places. You will see this, and you'll be fuming because all the Lenspirators will finally be in one place. You will be called to account for your actions, and you'll attempt to present all your delusional bullshit evidence. This will lead the judge to tell you that it has no bearing in the current case and to stick to the matter at hand. That is going to make you mad, and you'll go full chimp in the middle of the courtroom, yelling about conspiracy and Dennis Blank, and the CRR, which will lead you to contempt of court.
You'll then go to the county lockup for a day or two, come out with your sad head hung in shame, and when you get back to court, the judge is going to lay the smack down on you.
I am going to point and laugh through all of this.
Any Kiwis attending this hearing will be welcome to join me and my associates at the Icehouse restaurant in Pottstown for a post hearing lunch and if time and staff permit, a tour of the CRR.
