And I thought Chris-chan would have the most one-sided court case of 2015. At least one fat retard will atone for his crimes against common sence this year.

I would love to join you, but sadly, I'm all the way on the other side of the country.Any Kiwis attending this hearing will be welcome to join me and my associates at the Icehouse restaurant in Pottstown for a post hearing lunch and if time and staff permit, a tour of the CRR.
Len why do you save your chimp outs for after I fall asleep? This is the last thing you should be saying to people. We genuinely want to know what your defense is and see the way you think. This is giving us some insight, but it's more fun to see the actual explanation itself.Go fuck your self.

Who's to say she doesn't do that already? We will see who is the joke when you are in jail and Gloria has to take care of herself due to her son being a complete waste of life.
Fixed that for you.Witness?????? To what , my face hitting his lantern, after I tried to hit him first. it's called being a tard.
Please tell me you plan on testifying at your trial. A good prosecutor will end up having you found guilty on charges of perjury.
You say something verifiably false under the oath of law, the prosecution catches it and adds that one as another sentence to be tried and carried out.
If the judge stacks your sentences, that's up to six years of getting poked in the pokey, Len.
You got pissed at George, swung at him, and he beaned you with a lantern. This can be construed as intimidation of a witness, it could also call your character into question (@Saul Goodman could elaborate on this).
2. You insist you were 40/50/60/65 feet from the tracks. From the photos you posted (which I have thoughtfully archived faggot) you were at best 15-20 feet from the track. Good luck with the whole "I was standing next to a deer stand" line.
3. You also insist that 7580 was "speeding" as it passed you, this has zero bearing on what you're going to court for. The judge isn't going to let you go all "Perry Mason" in his court room and start bringing in shit that has nothing to do with what you're there for.
4. You accused the judge in a very public forum (Facebook, which I have also thoughtfully archived ) of taking bribes from a website devoted to making fun of stupid people on the internet, people like you. He probably won't take kindly to that . . .
That is going to make you mad, and you'll go full chimp in the middle of the courtroom, yelling about conspiracy and Dennis Blank, and the CRR, which will lead you to contempt of court.

Where did you get that?
And now I feel a brief bout of legal clarification is in order:
No one gets charged with perjury. Basically ever. Unless the testimony was in a *major* criminal case, which the prosecution lost and the perjury can be conclusively proven.
In theory, yes. In practice, people never get time for these things. They get stern warnings and probation.
That said, if Len goes hog wild on the Lenspiracy the judge might make an exception and give him a month or two in lockup to straighten him out.
Won't be relevant for a preliminary hearing (see, e.g., the Nick Bate thread). And normally this wouldn't get to trial. Prosecution would offer a deal of probation and his attorney would take it.
That said, if Shaner is representing himself (as many people here seem to think), I could definitely see him forcing it to trial: "I wasn't trespassing! That train was speeding! I'll prove it! You're being paid off by Bob Lowe! No deals!"
And in that case -- depending on a host of factors -- it very well could become relevant. Normally, I'd say it still wouldn't be an issue because no one would actually be this stupid, but after 430 pages of this thread . . .
This was my initial reaction exactly. I don't see anything that could possibly be a property line in that photo, which means that Len had to be on CRR property when he took it.
Yep. Although, Len, you might as well give it a shot -- the judge might very well conclude that you ranting about speeding trains after he tells you to stop does in fact prove your innocence and isn't grounds for contempt.
It would be fun if judges cared about such things, but unless he says it in open court, it won't really matter.
I've seen a lot of batshit insane pro se litigants in my time, and it is extremely rare for them to be held in contempt. The gravity of the proceedings usually reins them in and the judge usually cuts them a good deal of slack because they're nuts. That said, after the past 430 pages, I'm not going to bet against the Shane Train making an unscheduled stop in the Montgomery County lockup.
It would be an honor to buy you a drink, @Pocket_Sand!
As much fun as it would be to see Leonard Shaner to off the rails (heh heh) I think he probably got himself a nice public defender and he'll just sit there like a good little autistic individual with his head down and take the plea bargain. He'll get some fine and probation and then probably just get mad again. Then we'll make fun of his criminal record and the thread will continue forever.

Yeah, and if wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak. Things do not become more true the more you repeat them, Len.It's in the Bag !![]()
