(2) Hy Mayerson is genuinely nuts. I'm still not entirely convinced that the Facebook posts were his (if he actually is friends with Len, that would make it easy to access his computer). Whether the abusive posts stopped because he chastised Len into silence or was embarrassed by a colleague pointing out how unprofessional they were is academic at this point. They stopped.

I should have an update from more knowledgeable sources shortly.

EDITED TO ADD: @Saul Goodman , not that I'm doubting your expertise, but that seems kind of weird. Assuming he's as old as he says he is, that would put him at 13 in 1982 (when he supposedly started high school) & 20 upon graduation. That makes a lot more sense than him starting at 25 & graduating at 32, respectively. Is it possible that there might be some sort of mistake? He looks a lot closer to 46 than 58.

Considering Len's DOB was fucked up on the criminal docket, I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that there may have been a mistake.

There seems to be a connection between him and Len, the "hack" on Hy's FB was most likely him foolishly leaving himself logged in while Lenny Boy was around.... there was some speculation that they were both train nuts, or at least nuts, and the super-defective tend to flock together since nobody else will have them. Somehow, in his pants-shitting around Southeast PA, Len met Hy, it would appear, and Len was dumb enough to not understand the fact that lawyers, like doctors, specialize and a personal injury lawyer isn't de facto a trial lawyer, so when he got in law trouble, he went crying home to Hy. And it would also appear that Hy took him up on his offer, for whatever reason, probably "do a friend a favor" kinda thingy..... they both seem a bit unbalanced.

The general consensus seems to be Hy is a friend, and might be doing this as a favor so Len doesn't get railroaded (pun most definitely not intended). Since Hy's an ambulance chaser and not a defense lawyer, I don't know how effective he'll be. I mean, he is a lawyer, so he'll know better than Len as to what to say, but he's out of his element. His strategy is probably to plead out and get Len off with some community service, a fine, and some probation.

I think the only thing that makes sense is that Len told the truth for a change, and that Hy is an old family friend of some sort. Considering this isn't his usual line of work, it would only be done as a favor of some sort.

He had this weird fantasy that he'd drop all sorts of info about his enemies and it would turn the tables and they'd start trying to prosecute people in Colbrookdale, Kiwis, etc. I could very easily see him saying nobody was there because they were afraid, knew they were wrong, knew they'd totally be exposed and get arrested, etc.

Dawn of the Final Day

Let's recap, gents. Len currently has charges for:

Tresspassing.
Reckless Endangerment.

Which were likely from when he went onto Colebrookdale Railroad property and tried to derail a train because autism.

Len has said before that he was going to represent himself, but has later mentioned having his lawyer involved. In all likelihood, he has, at the minimal, a public defender holding his hand.

Len has said before that this thread and other "evidence" would be presented to take us, Curt, and his other adversaries of the Lenspiracy down. In all likelihood, he either will not have time to present this evidence or his public defender will keep Len on a tight leash so that Len doesn't embarrass himself.

Today is currently a hearing. If you're familiar with Chris-chan, you've followed this same song and dance beforehand, so we're not gonna see Len cry when he gets charged as guilty today unless he has an autism overload in the courtroom.

Len is aware that we are attending the trial.

Best Case Scenario:

Len represents himself, defies court authority and the legal process, randomly calls people out as Kiwis, uses shitty screencaps of this thread, and gets held in comtempt of court. Massive lulz are had that he is this stupid and he will be in a position where he is unable to harass more people. This is unlikely, but Len has proven himself to be more unpredictable than Chris.

The Likely Scenario:

Len comes in with a public defender. Everything proceeds normally. Len has his mouth wired shut. We get an actual date set. Len shows that his brain is capable of higher reasoning and the Kiwis leave rather disappointed, although they still get together for a huge BBQ and drinks.

Worst Case Scenario:

CONTINUAAAAAAAAANCE.

What Len thinks:

The Kiwis attending the courtroom are arrested on the spot. Len becomes CEO of Colebrookdale Railroad and supreme overlord of the world. The Farms are shut down and we are all summarily hunted down and forced to work in Len's coal mines to power his locomotives. Len gets a harem comprised of every female in the world and his own personal locomotive. God then descends from on high and proclaims Len is the Second Coming of Jesus.

And then the rapture happens and everyone dies. Except for Shaner.

Also, pitty he's on bail. That means we get the second coming of Blarms: The Trial. I just hope it's not as long as that.

Huh, I'm a bit annoyed with the fact that they didn't at least get a secured bail on Len, but either way, he can't do any of the stupid shit he's been doing or else he has to pay for it (probably with his mom's SSI because he's a piece of shit). I must say that I'm a bit surprised at how that lawyer is defending Len, really wasn't expecting that.

While I must state it's disappointing that no one seems to have showed up at the pre-trial, I can at least be happy with how we can still find out what happened in some way or another.
