Hello Kiwi's. Nice to meet you all.
I've been lurking in the Shaner thread since it began, and I've lurked on the Kiwi Farms in general for much longer. With the shit hitting the fan with Lenny's hearing today, I figured it was time to finally make an account and weigh in.
First thing's first, I owe you guys a full disclosure: I'm the w-een who's been in contact with Shaner for the last few weeks. I'm not an Entersperg, and I don't have a hard on for Null (that, and the whole "Clara" thing was basically the result of some other Cool Guy pointing Len to Null's ED article and Len deciding to make it part of his "war on the Kiwi"). At first I decided to contact Len purely as a laugh with a fake FB account I've been using since 2010 to spy on some personal lolcows. I didn't expect to actually become his close confidant, but, much like
@Kirby can probably attest to, Len apparently doesn't ever learn and so I imagine my surprise when he opened up to me anyway.
I have a whole bunch of stuff I'd like to show you guys, but it's going to take a while to compile it into a state organised enough to release here. That said, I do have some basic details that I feel are worth sharing at the moment.
1. The Internet Bullies page is Len's, the Taking Down Kiwis one is mine. Basically, Len got banned from posting on FB in late July for 30 days, and he thought making a new page would circumvent that, so I made the Taking Down Kiwis page for him and handed it over to him. Most of the posts on both of these pages are either made by James Kaufmann Jr or John W Simon (who are both admins) or were given to me by Lenny himself to paste verbatim. I did make some posts myself, notably the "share a Coke with Bob" one, which was an attempt to see how obviously w-eenish I could be before Lenny noticed I was taking him for a ride, but he's so dense that even these posts failed to ring any alarm bells for him.
2. The Webs page is, as far as I know, Lenny's. I have a bunch of messages from him where he mentions that he and a friend were working on a website that would "bring the Kiwi down once and for all". My personal theory is that either Kaufmann or another Cool Guy were helping him make it, because based on my conversations with Lenny, I can't see him knowing how to use Webs at all.
3. Apparently a whole network of w-eens are in contact with Lenny, and this is the source of much of the doxxing of RR people and their relatives. Over the last few weeks, Len mentioned many such informants and showed me all of the evidence they were feeding him, mainly consisting of shopped FB conversations between Zim and
@Pocket_Sand! or obviously fake legal documents. Occasionally Lenny would ask me to help him verify the truth of some of this evidence (usually just by asking me if I'd ever heard of "such and such on the Kiwi") and he claimed that he
was doing some degree of research before doxxing people, but 99% of the time he would end up accepting this stuff as true anyway. Basically, all it takes to get him to believe you is to confirm the suspicions he already has; anything that valudates what he's already thinking will usually be accepted as accurate.
4. He's become obsessed with the Kiwi Farms to the point where he legitimately believes he's at "war" with them and that there's a whole network of RR people and others from his life who've set up the Kiwi Farms just to play with him. He kept saying to me how he "just wanted his life back" and constantly claimed that he was innocent of the charges he's been dragged to court over. He seemed to me to be either a sociopath who doesn't mind lying through his teeth or else he's delusional and genuinely believes there's a conspiracy out to ruin his good name. This probably ties in to how he submitted Kiwi Farms screencaps at his hearing - Len believes if he can just prove that there's a conspiracy working against them then he'll be acquitted of all his charges. Also, I live in Australia and I'd constantly receive messages from Lenny in the mid afternoon, so I can confirm that he does seem to stay up until the small hours of the morning fuming about "the Kiwi" and trying to find ways to bring the site down.
5. Len is extremely fucking creepy and has no concept of women as anything other than sex objects. The only times he
wasn't talking about Kiwi Farms was when he tried to hit on my fake FB account, ask her what she liked to wear to bed, ask for her bust measurements or beg for pictures of her boobs or whatever. At one point, he asked for an email address so we could "talk in privet" (he believes that a member of Kiwi Farms is a "FB district manager" who can monitor our conversations) and when I gave him a fake email he took two initials from it, ran them through some kind of search engine and then became convinced that I was this random girl from Arizona who I've never heard of before. It was when he began to talk about meeting up in person or how he couldn't wait to introduce me to his mother that I decided it was time to pull out, because it was only a matter of time before he contacted said girl and started creeping on her.
6. From what I can tell, Hy Mayerson seems just as gullible as Len when it comes to making conspiracies out of nothing. Over the entire course of my correspondence with Len, he told me that Hy wished to speak to me to verify information exactly twice. At which point I'd tell him that I'd work it out later and then he'd forget and submit said evidence to Hy anyway which, based on
@Kirby's fine account of the hearing, seems to have been accepted without any real attempt to verify its accuracy.
