Whew, finally caught up. What an insane ride! So among all the lies, it turns out that Lennay was telling the truth about his age and Hy being his lawyer. Everything revolving around Hy being his lawyer has already been discussed to death, but I'm wondering about his age. Why did we think he was 58 again? I know that originally stuff was messed up and he had his father's age on his docket, but I don't remember where we got the info that he was 58.

Anyways, the other biggest shocker (at least to me) is that the w.een is actually not really a w.een, and the majority of stupid shit wasn't his doing, but was Len's/other w.eens doing. I guess I should've thought of how many other weens there are that would try to mess with Shaner. Anyways, thank you @Kirby and Pinkington Pufferton II for the field report! That was probably the funniest court story I've ever read.

We thought Len was 58 because Saul got a false hit. It was likely just a clerical error somewhere along the line.

Edit: Congrats on catching up, it's a monumental task.

Every mention of the Kiwi Farms increases the power level of the Kiwi Farms. He will now have to make the tough choice between presenting his screen caps in court or burning them.

With such promotion, more level headed and pro-disabilities minded people are bound to discover the forums and may then organize against them. The autism community in particular is very large, global, and very connected.

Much of what's being posted here appears beyond the "observation and commenting on odd behaviors" and the forums could become classified as a hate group by authorities.

Certainly associating organizations like the Colebrookdale Railroad with this site will not end up well for Colebrookdale's business and operations. It's bound to surface as bad PR for them.

Call me crazy, but I kinda think a forum where weird people are laughed at isn't exactly high on the list of "hate groups".

It's a case about a train sperg pedophile in the armpit of Pennsylvania. This isn't something that's going to be covered on CourtTV.

Besides, it's not like A: we're the only website that smears autists, B: anywhere near the biggest one, or C: overly concerned about the reputation of the Kiwi Farms (at least, I'm not.)
