I'll gladly take the brunt of this "legal" threat over "defaming" Shaner. Last I heard, telling the truth is something that's actually encouraged in a court of law. In fact, I would make sure that all those stories get read aloud in court and become part of an official record so anyone wanting to know the real Leonard F. Shaner, Jr. could read up about all the terrible shit he's done in his life.
