I just wanted to say that this thread is glorious. I went away for a bit, came back here, and found this 835 page beauty awaiting me. Was he actually suing someone? His lawyer sounds as crazy as him.

The court date was for trespassing, and 3 counts of reckless endangerment. As the people versed in law pointed out, these are usually minor charges, which means they went after him hard for one of two reasons. Either they were sick of him repeatedly trespassing, or the reckless endangerment were worse than we thought. Most people would plead guilty, take the slap on the wrist, and move on (which he could stilll do, I suppose), Len, and Hy went full conspiracy theory in court, then went to war with the farms.
