To my understanding there is no tourist railway for trains that run on electricity. The logistics of a power supply would be too much for hobbyists, I suppose. Anyway, Shaner likely enjoyed being part of the Railroad -it was his GAMe PLACe, so even if he was into modern transit systems, he wouldn't have a group to annoy associate with.
