That's the thing that most gay dudes don't understand about the lesbian community. Most modern lesbians have accepted troons and agps in the lesbian homeroom while a minority of us (including myself) really dislike trannies and their "transbian" tendencies. Thats why I mentioned if its different in the gay community rather than the lesbian/bi woman community. It's kind of well known that a lot of women on zoomer apps put in their hashtags "bisexual, bi, wlw" on their videos while kissing a man and whatever. It's just says to me that you want a slice of the pie without eating it. I don't know, maybe it's a niche sperg I'm going off on. Like I said I don't know if this is different (probably is) in the gay male/bisexual community, maybe they're more aligned with what it means to be a bi dude. For us women, bisexual girls are a huge red flag anyways.

p.s I get where you're going at too, bisexuals will obviously be into the opposite sex and their own same sex. But it's notorious in the female bisexual/lesbian community that most "self proclaimed" bisexual women tend to use the label for monetary gains and attention. bi men usually prefer other guys. a lot of it comes down to the fact that men are just easier partners for each other. lower maintenance, better sexual and personality compatibility, etc. but also men are less inclined to tack an extra label on themselves for brownie points. that's tumblr shit and we all know the gender distribution of that kind of personality.

This is pretty spot on in my experience. The amount of dudes I've seen who are "bisexual" but only date guys because of the ease of those relationships vs. ones with women ranges in the dozens.

I don't have any unusual problems talking with women, but then I do kinda self-select in that I don't often initiate conversations with strangers. So the only ones I end up talking with are the ones that do actually want to have a conversation anyways, or acquaintances of my already-existing friends.
