Works every time. Since every Brazilian with internet access lives in one of three cities, you can get them to reveal which one by confidently asserting it's Rio, because no one wants to anyone to think they live in that hole. Unless they do, and in which case they'll probably agree it sucks.
RJ is a popular cruising spot, especially around Leblon or Copacabana (decadent, bourgeoisie faggotry)... Lots of middle aged gringos come for sex. God damn passport bros

SP is the biggest metropolis so makes sense the fag parade happening there, but it's not that attractive to tourists, be it for sex or anything else. And every year the fag parade happens in SP, with artists and all that stupid shit that taxpayers will pay whether they support it or not

I don't see why pride parades are a thing honestly. There's no stigma, unless you count demented fags that wish people treat sticking your arm till the elbow into another person's asshole a normal thing. Never happening

Some gays deserve the homophobia honestly

brazil was an empire at one point

brazil would probably be a far better country if it's monarchy was maintained but thats a story for a different time

John Waters also had an understanding of taste to even begin to contemplate the excesses of the tasteless. These people simply lack a sense of restraint and confuse it for debauchery.
John himself has said as much - you have to have good taste to begin with to understand good bad taste. Most people don't though, just like people who try to do "camp" but fail at it.

At the time, I personally wasn't against the idea of having such a thing if it complied with the law, as it's merely an event/festivity of something non-problematic (like they're not celebrating something illegal or immoral). As long as it doesn't involve negligent use of taxpayer money (or to the extent as its counterpart, a pride parade) if it does at all in the US (there is no parade like that in my city), and as long as it's equal or less obtrusive as its counterpart (e.g: permits it needs to close the roads & streets).

My point was freedom of celebration under acceptable or equal circumstances as Pride, regardless of how much sense it makes, but they insisted that it should be forbidden, due to heterosexuality being so ubiquitous. What do you think?
I'm with you on this. Let them have it, I have no objection, in fact I feel it would be hypocritical to object

I've always thought of it that: You like dinosaurs as a little boy? Straight. Ancient Egypt? Gay. I am yet to meet a heterosexual male who has extensive knowledge of ancient Egypt.
I liked dinosaurs as a little boy. And trucks. And construction equipment. Wasnt especially interested in ancient Egypt

I'm extremely gay

Checks out. I never cared about Dinos but pretty much devoured any info on Ancient Egypt in my youth. Even went to visit museum exhibitions on the pharaohs.

I never attended one, never will. But sure as fuck saw the aftermath of it every year. Disgusting
It's usually an excuse to show their kinks which bugs the hell out of me. I don't even like seeing straight people doing sexual stuff in public. I don't need to see gay people doing that too.

Keep that shit behind closed doors. Nobody wants to see it. And if I did, I would go to Amsterdam.

i dont care about acts of affection like holding hands or whatever thats pretty benign in my opinion. but public sexual acts are totally degenerative i dont get why you'd want strangers to see that especially if kids would he present

If you take anything sexual into a public place where non consenting people will see it then you are as bad as a rapist. Especially when it's something that the average person wouldn't instantly recognise as sexual (pupplay abdl latex and so on).

This reminds me of that Key and Peele sketch which is extremely relevant.

Do you know how awkward it is to walk by a car and realize someone is having sex in it?

If I wanted to look at people in bondage and torture play I'd watch a movie about Erzsebet Bathory.

Depends where its parked and when. If its somewhere isolated and/or late at night no problem. If its parked on a busy street during the day, not so great. If its being driven at the time by one of the participants in the sexy times, thats a definite no from me
