I didn't jump ship from Liam because of anything EVS oriented. I just got sick of Liam dragging me down with him, so I cut bait. He just outright refused to listen to anyone's warnings. You've all heard the rants. "He wuz tryin' to control meh!" and all that bullshit. Try dealing with that daily. It's not fun.

I left RT because I got tired of politics. Took a job as an editor for Sportskeeda's MMA branch, did that for a year, and started doing more evergreen YouTube content and it's paid off. My channel's over 32k subscribers, I'm getting over 100k views every month like clockwork, plus the money I make from that plus my freelance editing gigs nets me a nice little living that's still growing. All things considered, I made the right call. I get to make money doing what I love. Hard to beat that.

I focus on my own stuff and just try to have fun. Also, much as I miss Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza, I don't live in Chicago these days.
