Supposedly, it has something to do with an undergraduate program. He's technically a tutor, so there's nothing to fire him from.

Yeah I lived in QLD and was taught by some of the weirdest 'teachers' I've ever met, when I moved down to Sydney teachers were more professional. QLD will let anyone teach if they have the right certificates, they're always thirsty for teachers and many of them are just strung along into schooling because they need to pay their fees or some shit, my mother also dated a High School Teacher in Queensland
who used abuse young kids (including me) and tell everyone to call him by his surname. I couldn't say his name (Cal or something) and so I called him "Mister Moo" - because "Cal" sounded like "Cow" - until he got the shits and slapped me across a room. He apparently got suspended for hitting a student, but who really knows.

So, yes I have a first hand experience with teachers.

Disgusting that underage users were invited to them. Shouldn't of been a thing.
 
Wow. Most Pokemon forum admins/regulars are probably lolcows (Serebii comes to mind), but this is still a bit more than I expected. Does this guy just run/own/whatever the forum, or is he behind everything, including the wiki?

He basically oversees everything. He doesn't normally post/edit these days, mostly preferring to stalk /vp/ users.

Well, I guess I'm done using Bulbapedia. I mostly used it for in-depth stuff on how attacks and abilities interacted, but I'm sure that I can find that stuff elsewhere.

Eh, not really. They have basic info under the attackdex/abilitydex sections, but it's not quite as in-depth. Regardless, I would use Bulbapedia once every other month or so, so it's not a big deal. Besides, Bulbapedia always seems to slow my computer down a lot, especially if I had multiple tabs open.
 
Staff at weebforums trading nudes of underage users or offering favors for nudes are not that uncommon, sadly. Quite a bunch of them also look similar to the guys in the banner.
 
Yeah honestly Bulbagarden's admins are absolute shit. I stopped using the site a while ago because they'd just harass younger women that i was friends with in the fandom. Totally fucked. I'm disappointed but not entirely surprised there's a pedo on staff.
 
Apparently it's against the law to fire someone for what they say in their own time if it isn't illegal, if you do your taking away their rights
I really hate it though, I follow a criminal investigation podcast. And there was a guy who was a self-proclaimed "child cannibal" and he was also a principle, but they couldn't fire him because "it was just a fantasy" *sigh*
little but off topic but an explanation to why he isn't fired
