The creator bills it as an "anti-social media", but it's just an anonymous message board where posts show up chronologically.


Also, it seems that deapite a word filter being in place, it's already started getting flooded with bigger spam. Apparently reporting posts does nothing and their is little to no moderation.

The same reason to post on 4chan: A high velocity of unique content. On Discord persistent identities lead to targeted grooming, which shows why anonymity is a helpful tool in some circumstances.

Well, I feel like the people going to this app are grooming-immune anyways.

The "high velocity" of unique content is not that appealing to me without knowing who I'm talking to (like linked to a single user/entity), in order to have a proper conversation if the topic demands it. That's just me though.

There is a high chance that this will end in disaster considering the fate of similar anonymous posting websites and what happened to them. Anyone who knows of them is probably aware that the niggerposting and the tranny memes are relatively small issues to be concerned about compared to what could be potentially posted. As of this time it is already being exploited code-wise and the filter for the automod is public knowledge so it seems to be on its way to total calamity very soon, if it isn't already there. Posts showing up chronologically is also both a blessing and a curse.

Probably best to stay away.
