Too many users constantly spam threads, either for stickers, to bait people, or because they seem to be under the illusion that people care about every little thing that happens in the Philippines. There's so many threads being posted in A&H that the number of duplicate threads being made for news stories has also been rising. It's fucking ridiculous. I think a new rule that limits users to posting one A&H thread per day would be helpful in terms of quality control for the board.
I put Cricket in charge of A&H and within a month she leaves the site. Same with Yaks. I am not assigning any more staff to A&H. It reminds me of the fucking Defense Against the Dark Arts class in Harry Potter. Shit's cursed.

I don't think you would need to assign anyone to A&H to do this. Monitoring users making more than one thread a day would be way easier than monitoring posts in A&H.
But then you'd have people complaining about how they can't rate another person's post informative/stupid for saying stuff. I wouldn't be against it, but I doubt many people would be for it either.
How about you just report shit threads that are either duplicates or belong in the fluff thread? It doesn't help that apparently @Cricket is MIA, but someone should check it out. That seemed to be the takeaway from Null's big shakedown a couple months ago.
