Lewis just does what he wants to do. Matthew esorted to hoodwinking his fans with clickbait. Noah tweets about Green Lantern constantly. Allison wants to be a makeup guru so bad.

It's because he needs to complain about stuff in order not to have to do it. Then when people ask him why he hasn't put it out yet he'd say something like, "some of more vocal trolls kept pestering me about it and I lost interest for the time being. I'll get to it eventually when I feel like it." And then that allows him to sit on it for the next 6 months before he pulls another crisis out of his ass to prevent him from having to do it then.

Obviously he would resent them, but at least in their first video it was almost verbatim what he said in that one HOPR video so it's kind of hard to dismiss it.

Usually these respect threads are for fictional characters people really are invested in, but the fact someone is this invested into the fucking Linkara lore is downright retarded.

As for HOPR, it's really pathetic how Linkara just belittles his fanbase who are responsible for his income, yet he is being an asshole to them and acting like he doesn't need them. What an ungrateful asshole

I have two theories. 1, it never occurred to him to just stop. Remove this goal from Patreon, maybe replace it with a history of Spiderman series where he reads every Spiderman comic, and make one last video explaining that HOPR is over now because it's no longer fun.

2, that has occurred to him, but he's worried about the drop in income that could happen since many donations are likely coming from people who just want HOPR. So he's just putting in the bare minimum effort required to keep them.

I'd bet around the time they did the first anniversary brawl or even "Kickassia", Lewis was probably really grateful and excited about his new e-fame and appreciated all the attention he got from fans.

But sadly, like anyone with any modicum of fame... He started believing he was some sort of creative genius who was owed these constant asspats. The fans were the ones who should be grateful... Grateful that he blessed them with this beautiful content that has changed their little lives for the better.

Lewis needs to get his head out of his ass and remember that reviewing comics and kiddie shows ain't exactly working in a West Virginia coal mine. Or even a Barnes & Noble.

In one episode of HoPR he even acknowledges that this are by far the most popular videos he does and doing them is the only way he makes rent

I'm sure he doesn't care. Or at least that's what he says when people ask him. But to be honest liking an actor or disliking them because of their politics is just autistic as hell.

You can separate the actor from the character or the artist from the product. I call it the "Prince syndrome" named after the Purple One himself. Never liked the man but I can't deny his talent. The man was incredibly talented. Still think he was a bit if a douche though.
