Well, Linkara hit the big 400, and what does he have to show for it right now?

A fat fangirl wife who makes him her bitch, shitty artwork on his non-bill-paying non-job, being known for his shitty porn tastes, and had to beg for money to pay his bills - which probably isn't going to be the last time, given that he got into it probably because he used the money he should've saved up to pay for his wife's bills instead.

Am I missing something? Like his show dropping in ratings or his Patreon getting losses like MovieBob's usually does?

No, you pretty much got it. His patreon hasn't had any real big drops in the long term, as it stuck around the 2600-3000 dollars range for the last 6 years. His views have certainly gone down as he struggles to get 20K views for his videos compared to the 60K he used to get on Blip back in the day.

This is what happens when you focus on the fame or infamy of what you are reviewing to get views and not your own talents. This shit always happens when someone gets big off doing the BIG stuff (video game reviewers do this the most), they get big off that one thing every is talking about and then while they have a good influx for a while, eventually the people who came for just that will just go away since you are doing what they came for. I wouldnt be surprised if 50% of his subs are there because of his HOPR stuff and nothing else.
