Of course this sponsor-fed fag doesn't know (or is lying by omission - this is more likely) that AM5 is still very much in the early adopter phase and that motherboard and RAM makers are VERY liberal with applying this tax to their shit. Whatever you'd save on a sub-$200 CPU compared to the currently cheapest AM5 chip, you'd pay to the company making your motherboard and RAM.
AM5 chips are for sure better than AM4 chips; but only about 10 to 15% better from what I could find in gaming. Is that really worth an extra $150 or so dollars? I'd rather just buy a very good AM4 chip and switch in 6-7 years for a very good AM5 chip. Maybe they'll iron out the stability kinks by then.
