Damn, Rossmann. Coming in for the kill with essentially the sequel to GN's 2023 Linus video. I never thought it would get worse for Linus after the Madison allegations, but at least he was smart enough to shut the fuck up while that investigation was ongoing, thus when he dropped the results that said "lol we mostly did nothing wrong", no one really cared anymore by that point, along with allowing for many people to speculate on the validity of her allegations in the first place.

This is basically a big chunk of tech YouTube abandoning and shitting on him, with now two big, respected, and influential names being open about his true nature. Hell, I would argue Rossmann is even more influential than GN, especially outside of tech YouTube with his advocacy for right-to-repair. And as many people here have pointed out, all Linus had to do was shut the fuck up again and his small role in the Honey clusterfuck would become a thing of the past, just like what happened with the 2023 shit. Instead, he kept doubling down, and look at what happened.

Remember that while watching Linus bitch and moan about this on the WAN show. He could've avoided all of this if he simply kept his mouth shut.

It's almost amazing the things you can just tune out.

I wonder if it's either he has a feeling of pity towards someone who I believe has been his best friend for a decade or so now and also doesn't want that relationship to fully crash and burn because of what is happening or he just really doesn't wanna lose what he has going with his job (I guess he probably can't land himself somewhere else that pays just as well?).

Time will tell though, I suppose, since there is no way this can last forever.
