Actually it seems for at least half of the video, she talks about, what seems to me at least, to a major case of loss of self worth, probably a mixture of sudden imposter syndrome, possibly caused by the backlash to her coming out. Again, she talks stuff about thinking she knew everything, and finding out that she isn't as smart as she thought she was, despite obviously having a job that shows that she knew at least quite a bit, to teach people stuff.

That's not a falsetto, you can't really do a semi-falsetto either it's making the voice higher with a bit of breathiness tossed in there as well. This is falsetto:

As I mentioned above, it's actually quite clear to read it as someone leaving their job as a sort of an instructor after an intense feeling of inferiority. In my opinion it could possibly have happened in a manic period, which isn't unheard of.

If you're a guy that's extremely concerned about the possibility of going bald my advice would be to do a buzzcut, see how you feel, how the people around you react, etc.

If you hate it, then it is worth looking into Fin if you notice any signs of thinning/recession, but know that this is something you're going to have to stick to for as long as you want to keep your hair and ideally you'll want to be healthy to stave off the possible side effects rare as they might be.
Hair transplants should be a last ditch effort and not something you want to get, in fact you should try anything before getting a hair transplant. They're very expensive and you could end up worse than you started if your surgeon is shit.

Now if you don't want to touch Finasteride, or you had an adverse reaction/no effect, just bite the bullet and accept baldness. Fin is going to be prescribed to you for anything hair loss concerned so you can't avoid it.

I can't get over how grotesque lard-man looks. There's no way he doesn't have something up with him, physically speaking I mean.

"Hair transplants" are about as successful as those shopping channel ads at 3am where they spray-paint your scalp and glue some donkey tail fibres onto your scalp.

Also, troons like this don't think they need it. They watch themself in the mirror and see "super sexy 16yr old anime sex-godess uwu, I am so hot".
Really severe untreaded debilitating mental illness does this to people.

Hair plants work by relocating healthy follicles from one area to another. There are two fundamental issues:
  1. Availability of healthy follicles
  2. Long-term viability of transplanted follicles.
Firstly, you need to transplant enough that a) the donor location doesn’t look thin and shit and b) the recipient location doesn’t look thin and shit. So it only works if you can donate from an area which is sufficiently thick, but even then you’re still thinning it all out.

Secondly, if your hairline has receded it might keep receding. If you have a family history of balding (e.g. father, elder brother) this can give some indicator of where your hairline will recede to. If you take donor follicles from an area which was gonna go bald within three years, those donor follicles will go bald when that area goes bald. The follicles “remember” where they came from, so to speak. You need to donate follicles from a part of your hairline which won’t prematurely bald.

The combination of those factors means that hair transplants simply aren’t viable for some people.

Seems to have worked pretty well for Musk.

AFAIK treating hair loss has two components; ”Restoring hair growth” and ”preventing further loss”. Minoxidil can slightly help with the former, but hair transplants are more effective, moving healthy follicles to bald areas. But unless you prevent further loss, the healthy follicles will just die out again, so you need to take finasteride (or get a castration, so take finasteride).
