I'll play devil's advocate for a bit: I'm going to assume they're talking to experienced IT users. One problem though: that would require those that aren't LTT tards to watch the video, and those folks are long gone.

Also can’t envision a worse time to drop millions on real estate at a market peak during the middle of a recession, where the U.S. economy is contracting 1-2% a month which will torpedo marketing bucks and disposable income, while China is in the midst of a rapidly imploding housing bubble, and there may well be a lot of Chinese who need to liquidate some assets when the real estate they bought is in a city whose economy is driven by Chinese capital flight.
