Nick Light is the COO apparently! But LMG is such a ghetto operation that it seems to be a fancy title for the helpdesk whipcracker.Even the head support guy dosen't deny its minimum 2 weeks reply time and thats before the backpack or the screwdriver. Just brutal...

1200 tickets is absolutely brutal. During my helpdesk days, I temp'd at a place that had ~1800 open and even with 16 people, it took months to clear the backlog.

Good luck to these guys. The queue is going to be apocalyptic when (if?) those backpacks start shipping and if Linus had any sense, he'd be hiring more CS people right fucking now. To Linus' credit, they do have an open CS position:

A bit of a bizarre ad. CS jobs are usually sitting on your ass but they want you driving around picking shit up? Do the logistics guys basically use the CS guys as couriers? No wonder they can't get shit done.

1200 tickets "most of them from the last week" and that's just an average week given the backpacks won't ship until late September. They're either shifting mad volume or they're fucking up big time.
