Oh yes life is exactly like the PerryBibleFellowship!View attachment 5505991
Posting explicit images of your own children would somehow be "a joke", and not make it sound even worse? Actual fucking brain rot.

Wrong, @Bridgeburner is right he looks like a methed out version of Pewdiepie. He looks so Jewish. I hope I was the first one to point that out…
Because Linus was foolish and thought he could expand his small business and its chummy Friend Simulator format into a big business. Let's keep in mind this guy was a low level employee and had been fired in September. This minor drama only happened because Linus put him in a couple videos so he was recognized and we all just started to goof on it. He should have been given nothing more than a named credit (no picture).LTT’s employee being a kid diddler is the equivalent of a day ending in the word -y. We have more news on here treating their employees like bee workers with no potential, while abusing them and seeing the abused take advantage of their powers all for thinking their untouchable because the PC man child does not have real self-reflective decision-making. If you think about it, when’s the last time you thought a LTT video was good and informative?
If anything, it still is proof that Gamers Nexus doesn’t have issues like this in their workplace. They actually just stick and do the job that they are supposed to do.
The more people you have in a business the more likely one of them will start a controversy. This is why your normal media productions only have a small cast who get screentime aka On Air Talent. You also train that On-Air Talent to watch their words. Or they're fired. Linus wants to treat everyone like they're On Air Talent and that's a bad idea.
Linus should only have 10 employees seen in a video. And then you schedule each On Air Talent a certain amount of screentime in regular increments. It would establish a proper work atmosphere. Think about the Madison fiasco, she became disgruntled because of poor management. They had her featured in a video that had 13 million views and then they assigned her to peon shitwork updating social media. You either keep someone in a desired role or you let them go.
Linus's best choice was hiring Terren Tong to take over. But LTT's work atmosphere is going to still have problems if they think aspiring E-Celebs are satisfied by a mere cameos. Anyone who'd work for that company would either want a top management position or be on camera, those jobs obviously pay more. If you fail to delegate defined roles you create infighting and resentment.
