I honestly don't think Anthony got fired, but just got fed up with being shelved and how every time he appeared it caused a shitstorm in the comments.
He wanted to be special. If not he wouldn't have done a very public video and instead quietly changed his pronouns on twitter. But in the end he became a background character both in the content and behind the scenes (I can't imagine, that most employees didn't avoid him).
As for the other guy. He looks exactly like the kinda guy, who buys self-help books that say shit like "Change your job every 9 to 12 months to earn 20% more each year!" and follows that to a T.

Fun fact: I actually worked briefly with Anthony when he worked at Geek Squad. He's pretty much exactly as people peg him to be. I don't have any real juicy info or anything, but he always came off as a pompous douche who knew less than what he wanted you to think. Here's hoping for a quick fade into irrelevancy for Tech Fiona.

I'm only theorizing here, and willing to say it's a wild one, so don't expect it to carry a lot of water.
I'm guessing LTT or LMG, whichever, is hemmoraghing money, and they're looking to cut senior roles for less experienced people. I also constantly remember where they brought someone on, dude made a big move, and didn't get paid for like 6 to 8 months or so. Only theorizing, but if the company/organization as a whole is having money issues, wondering who's missing out on their paycheck.
As an aside, it looks like Nicole gained quite a bit of weight with her personality. You weren't bad looking before girl, just be less western; I'm sure your parents are traditional Han Chinese, they should bully you about your weight more.

Anthony's videos were the best they made in years. It's a shame he is gone.
While it's possible he's done something horrible, I think he's just incredibly self conscious, and not making a convincing woman it makes it hell on him to be on camera. Yeah, problem of his own doing, but still disappointing.

Which I had more for you, but I was an outside contractor who only spent so much time in the store. The most I can tell you is that when he interacted with customers, he was as pompous as he was with anyone else to the point of pissing them off. Honestly, most of the Geek Squad guys acted like they were better than the blue-shirts and customers at Best Buy. I guess wearing a white shirt and black tie cut off the oxygen to their brains.
