At the present moment Steve is freely providing his material to back up his comments and actions on a situation that happened over 18 months ago.
What I do not get that the situation should have been resolved a long time ago, however it appears that from what I have read so far that Linus would not let this go. This could be that his past actions have hurt his business model.
But whose fault is this?
IMHO if this line of discussion continues in this way, a good lawyer in the US could make a case.
Because there will be more data (evidence) to have on hand.

Not only is the reading comprehension not there, but also is it really that hard to understand that it is unprofessional to communicate the way Linus does with Steve? Who cares if it's over text? Like, does that mean there should be no expectation of professionalism if the medium is not email??? I can't begin to understand what is going on in these people's heads.
Why do these niggers think that Steve owes a friendship to Linus? Steve is completely justified in calling out LTT in his Honey video. I can't say if it was personal or not, but it is fair to hold other people in the space, who are supposedly there to report things to the consumer, for keeping quiet about this.
In his texts, Steve only wants to communicate his perspective and settle a misunderstanding. Meanwhile Linus basically tells GN to watch his mouth and ends the conversation with a very passive aggressive tone.
In social interactions, you'd usually reciprocate the tone that the other party is communicating throughout the interaction... who is supposed to be the autistic one here again? Linus is either incapable of recognizing Steve's attempts at keeping the communication businesslike, or he just doesn't care. Either way, clearly Steve doesn't want to be informal with Linus. And if Linus is making multiple emotional appeals to Steve through email and his WAN show, then Steve has reason to make such a request publicly.

That one retard in power who never learned how to be cordial and to keep professional relationships professional. The retard that demands things and shames people in front of the team. Linus and him are friends with frequent communication that Linus constantly brings up on the WAN show while sucking him off (and propagating that pretentious shit of always referring to him as Dr. Cuttress), and Ian for his part has done shit like go hard to bat for Linus back when Steve blew him up over the Billet Labs thing, going on a long spiel about how it was a nothingburger and was just Steve trying to sink a competitor and how his body language proves it.

Yeah, others have mentioned the high(low?) points but he is brought up on LLT as "THE AUTHORITY ON EVERYTHING HARDWARE". He is a bright guy, but has some blind spots in his knowledge and gets lost in the weeds of theory. My (and others) issues with him is he is pretentious as fuck and acts like he is "THE AUTHORITY ON EVERYTHING HARDWARE".
And then he released a video defending his friend Linus from the mean old Steve. It is full of hypocrisy... GN was just a bully, and while LTT had some tiny little mistakes, well you know its like a big company, or whatever, hand wave it away lets get back to ragging on GN. Like the other guy said he even tried to read Steve's mind via a hand gesture at one point.....
Also he brought up Steve not contacting LTT for comment..... And then had to acknowledge that he didn't contact GN for comment for that very video either.

Their cope of not wanting sponsorship drama is ridiculous. They could have just sent a "tip" to any of the larger YouTube channels. I'm sure Steve or Jayz2cents will keep it all confidential. At the end of the day, it's either laziness or indifference to their "fellow creators" they claim that a tide will rise all ships. I think it's indifference. Also it's funny that even Anthony realized they're making entertainment at LTT and not consumer advocacy content. In those emails with Steve Anthony specifically mentions how they kept sections of him fucking up in the CPU delidding video because he thought it'd be more interesting/funny (not sure I agree that fucking up a $1000 CPU de-lidding is... funny/more interesting content than just trying to do it optimally, but whatever).
I also think there's an easy way to settle the issues LTT is having with entertainment vs consumer advocacy/review content. They should just make a separate channel specifically for GPU reviews or more serious videos where performance statistics are genuinely important! They already have a product showcase channel with ShortCircuit, just expand it a little bit or make LTT Reviews or some shit for serious GPU/hardware reviews. Keep these Mr. Beast/pure entertainment content for the average retard videos separate from the serious reviews and put someone with no ego in charge of it and you'll be able to have your cake and eat it too.
