Your guess is as good as mine as I'm not certain if she is involved with anyone right now but she does seem to fit the label you've described: an extreme bimbo type. From the looks of it, she certainly acts as though she must have her strings pulled to be so obsessed with appearing/sounding how she imagines a doll would be.
Before she was a dark haired emo bimbo, and now she is trying to fit the blond haired, blue-eyed stereotype only she tries to put an "original" spin on it by trying to be "kawaii".
The one detail which has been consistent about her over the years is her addiction to seeking attention from others and building a fan base to lord over. She'll do almost anything for it, but now she isn't shooting up because it's frequently frowned upon these days. Drug addiction just isn't as edgy as it was for the internet in 2004.
Her last boyfriend was from AU, when she was living there she didn't seem quite as bizarrely out of touch as she is now. The one before was from America, she was still sperging about drugs, anorexia and Hollywood/tragic fame. Not much more can be gleaned from either since she seems to have always been this way in some capacity, changing her image to what she interprets is most captivating to her "fans".
The new difference is instead of being a "scene queen" she is fixated on Barbie. From what she has said, she's been infatuated with Barbie for a number of years, but this was never apparent until she suddenly began posting about it in 2016 as she reembarked on her quest to become famous and/or relevant.
No word on her family, she never posts about any relatives. I don't have caps but she has said her mother is Chinese and her father is from Iceland. I have a feeling she isn't in touch with either of her parents because she never talks about them, siblings, or any other family members. She doesn't seem to have many real connections with anyone. Such is the price for living such a life of fame and popularity

She has shown off her impeccable fashion design skills.
She engaged in self-congratulatory posting for rescuing a cat some years ago. It was not as luxurious as others in the shelter.
"Animal rights are a concern of mine" she says as the poor cat glares at the camera, wishing for solitude.
Ophelia bought herself a dress, shilling for a #kawaii company.
She claims to have been interviewed by a television network but still felt the need to imply she would like compliments in the very same breath.
She continued in her efforts to shill for clothing companies by showing off her most recent purchase: a pair of furry shoes.
In the comments of the link to her fundraiser which was posted on Facebook, she enlightened her fans about cosmetic procedures through oversharing.
The following are more recent updates so as to avoid double posting.

Closing in on a month since the last update, Ophelia has gotten so famous. Filming here and there, appearing on multiple television shows and of course, having further cosmetic procedures performed. She's a star and she's nothing like Martina Big, Tess Holliday, Valeria Lukyanova, or other gimmick-ridden freak shows.

:powerlevel: I like moderate Lolita fashion since it focuses on bringing out a natural cuteness through "innocent" and bare makeup . I don't know what Ophelia is doing though. Tattoos and that cray makeup is a huge no no.
