The Vic case was a completely unforced error. Instead of doing the work and getting it in on time, Ty Beard instead just stroked his own ego and then attempted to submit everything at the last second digitally. But of course the government system didn't work and since he was trying to do it at 11:45 PM with 15 minutes on the clock, it's not like he could call tech support.

He also didn't go in person to get sworn affidavits, which was mind boggling, and Jamie Marchies lawyer was able to get all their SLAPP evidence tossed because it was not able to be admitted to the record.
 
Go to twitter. Type in kiwifarms. Laugh at dangerhairs coping like the faggots they are. I hope whomever epik and blockface get as lawyers are just as stupid as these faggots. I wanna see them get Alex in as council. Josh will win eleventy billion grazillion dollars in damages.

it's also the first of the month. Lots of wagies in the cagies get body slammed in the wallet on that day. I expect the rest will filter through in the next 2 weeks as the the mid month wage shekels are deposited.
