Remember if you're on the fence about donating, the bad actors have accused the farms of hosting CSAM, which is demonstrably false.

If you're a user or even just a lurker, you have essentially been accused of participating in or browsing a CSAM website.

Open up your wallet and defend the farms and yourself. There are certain things you just don't say when it's complete bullshit.

I'd like like to apologize for being an absolute faggot earlier in this thread. I was pessimistic about the possibility of Epik settling. This retraction on their end is pretty much confirming that will happen, or at the very least represents a tacit admission of guilt which can be used as evidence. Cheers Null. You're gonna make it.

The fact that the parties retracted their claims when you announced the litigation fund (or presumably after the goal was met) really just shows how spineless and morally bankrupt they are when faced with real consequences of their actions.

As I don't think this has been satisfactorily answered, can Josh fill us in on what exactly he was referencing with the line, "one has publicly admitted that their claims do not reflect their beliefs"?
 
From statements like "WE HAVE CANCELLED KIWIFARMS #DIENULL" to deleting fucking everything and copy pasting retraction statements.

It's a fucking comedy. They were so convinced they can just stomp their boot on the face of this place, they ran the fuck away once they saw any kind of money.
 
Epik did not issue a retraction but has said more silly things which indicate they might want to. I'm interested in seeing what happens when we actually have a sit down.
