I didn't have to sign an NDA but the outstanding issue is resolved.

- They retract.
- They issue a business certified copy of the retraction.
- They help me reclaim a domain that would otherwise be lost for good.

Someone else hasn't been returning our certified mail and now with this retraction there is zero basis to their claims. Not retracting now is proof of actual malice. I'm not asking for much here.
hell yeah, dude. Way to go.

On the Lolcow Fund site it says that Epik made two different defamatory statements, one of which being that they claimed law enforcement ordered them to put a hold on KF. It isn't explicitly said in their Twitter statement but I presume they also retracted that statement as well?

Now that is some good news to get before bed. With what's left of the war chest, how much more can you reinforce the site against deplatforming?

did you do or say anything to get them to take it back or did the idea of you having money to sue them spook them enough?

Which domain is this? I must have missed you talking about it prior.

Both issues are resolved with this statement because it was implied LEO was involved over CSAM.

Fantastic news. The difference a threat of a >150k$ litigation chest makes.

How much did you have to spend for this victory? I assume not a lot since it got resolved so quickly.

this is some amazing news. this year has really been going well for the site. it is also very refreshing to see someone take back their false claims for once.

I hope the others who have defamed the Farms begin to fall in suit. This is a good start

With all of the money that was raised to go after Epik (among others) being pointed and one fewer target, they'd be fucking stupid (well more fucking stupid than they already are) not to bend the knee.

The best part of this is that they're still going to catch all manner of shit from the troons and other shitstains they were hoping to curry the favor of for this who can't stand not getting their way. The best part is that they deserve every bit of it. Keeping their mouth shut was free, but they couldn't do it. As the saying goes, if you can't be a good example, you can always serve as a horrible warning.
