It really does feel like the tide is turning. Keffals is openly being called out as a drug addict and now this. It feels incredibly satisfying to see these smug condescending liars having to forcefully backtrack and admit the farms was always right. Hopefully this is the first of many wins.
i have faith that it will be. people like keffals and the other troons in general have been playing a very dangerous game. their control over things is slowly slipping away especially when faced with people who are actually willing to stand up for themselves against their lies. every attack against this site is done with the intent to dishearten null so much that he just gives up. that is how they win every single time.

not giving in destroys them more than anything else can because the majority of these people have never been told no in their life. they cannot process someone not caving in to whatever they are demanding and so they fall apart. just look at keffals and his sudden lust for drugs the second he is called out on anything he does. the legal fund we have obtained further proves we are willing to fight back against these types of people and in some cases money talks way better than any person could ever hope to.

I think Bud Light was the turning point. Conservatives, your average boomer one, kind of lives in a tiny world of country music, fishing, muddin' that sort of thing. They were aware this stuff was going on, vaguely, but since they didn't see it in their little vision of America they pretended it didn't matter until it smacked them in the face. Now Fox News got bold enough to talk about it regularly, Gutfeld mocks this shit every show, so now we're having some push back, finally. You also have a new generation of young conservatives far, far, far more savvy than their fathers, and it's looking like they're way more savvy than leftwingers in the same cohort, THANKFULLY.

But you have to remember, these people are radical enough to bomb buildings and kill people. CHOP/CHAZ was a real thing and it can and will happen again the second they feel they can't win through traditional means of power. This BLM shit has quieted down only because we're in a Democratic administration that has been pumping the gas pedal on all of this horse shit.

The power of "no" is highly underestimated in modern Western society. Just a matter of fact and explicit no, not a maybe, not a we'll see just NO. It's a word more people should learn how to say with conviction and it's definitely a word more people should hear and be forced to deal with. Likewise the power of a well formulated letter or phone call from a lawyer who knows what he's doing is amazing, even if your opposition is retarded generally their legal counsel will visualize the buckbreaking their client is about to receive and they'll back down, not always but in a surprising number of cases that's all it takes.

Where I work, I frequently have to tell random people that we can't help them and the SHEER chimp outs I've seen as a result would shock you. Some people really just do not know how to take no for an answer.

"Kiwi Farms hosts child pornography."
Months pass, dozens of mass-media articles are written using this statement as evidence.
"Kiwi Farms doesn't actually host child pornography, sorry uwu <3."

If I ran up to a random stranger and yelled "THIS MAN IS A PEDOPHILE" several times, then found him again after a week and yelled "THIS MAN IS NOT A PEDOPHILE" several times, I still defamed him in public.

The problem with brainwashing your followers into absolute idiots is now you only have absolute idiots for followers.

Wait, you knew ahead of his suicide? How did you know?
People had been talking about it by then for ages. Only ever rumors but they generally lined up with one another. There were a couple of videos I had seen of him at cons as well were he was just acting like a general creep towards underaged girls and so I had formed my opinion of him based on that.

His suicide though really sealed it for me when I heard the details. He had apparently locked himself in the bathroom while his wife and child were on the other side listening to him while he ended his life. Obviously that’s not something an innocent man much less a loving husband would do to their family. To me it seemed like the actions of a predator who knew he was on the verge of being caught and got desperate as a result.

“if just the threat of launching a battleship is enough to keep the enemy ships away, then save the oil”.
Agree with the sentiment, it is like having a standing army, ready to strike at any moment. A lamer but still relevant version of the If you want peace, prepare for war.

The concept was called "a fleet in being", and I guess you could call the Lolcow Litigation Fund a " lawsuit in being".
The fund is a potential lawsuit, for all to see.

Would null be able to use the retractiin to send letters to people who defamed him to demand a retraction, and letters to companies that tried to give him offline to get them to back off and let the website run?
I presume this will be some of the uses of the retraction.

We just wanted to grill and drink pisswater... But you had to go an troon it out.
Troons are indeed their own worst enemies. And with any luck, their reckoning is coming.

Aren't some tier 2 ISPs still blocking access to the site and blacklisting IP addresses used by kiwifarms
Well the Washington Post he sure as fuck can send such a letter. And a reminder the Washington Post Article was quoted in the 10th Circuits Opinion upending copyright law in the Greer suit. So that could be interesting.
