So is the legal fund exclusively for suits, or is it for retainers too? Doesn't really matter to me, I'm curious about how these funds work.

It's anything I want it to go. Legal funds / suits would also include retainers because retainers are also legal expenses but up front. So far it has been 100% legal expenses.

If someone wants to send money using Cash app you should put a reminder that they have a Bitcoin option, to the receiving wallet it's no different than any other transfer and for the average American it's probably the easiest way to get and send Btc.

We have not used a lot of the money, we're involved in three ongoing separate instances of litigation, and we've gotten all our domains back and seriously important retractions. Starting another lawsuit right now is not in our interest.

Yes, I am specifically referring to you calling the merchandising a scam because you didn't like the price. They've got extremely narrow margins that are about $10 per item. The point of these sales is to provide people something physical in exchange for financial support, so the items are priced to try and straddle fair and profitable as hard as possible with that purpose in mind. I also buy the highest quality possible textiles which is why every single year the feedback from people who do buy stuff is all praise for the comfort.
