To add onto this, journalists have been defaming back-channels on the 'net like this for two things.

Firstly, mass distrust is causing a death spiral for "major" news outlets. Their war against this fade to darkness comes in defaming popular outlets on the internet that are outmoding them. The first time this happened was when cat videos generally were being unjustly defamed in 2008.

Secondly (and most primarily in this context), the western banking cartel's members are making moves that expose themselves (especially evident when Joe Biden has 10x the hatred that Jimmy Carter did back during Andrew Jackson's day) and midterms are coming, the only "winning" response is to black out communications but back-channels are out of the banking cartel's control. Why this plays into the defamation comes from the fact that the banking cartel can't have any reign over places like this or 8chan, barring exemplifying glow-tier posts, usually from suspiciously recent accounts. Another sign of glow-in-the-dark types is demotivation attempts (now I may be pragmatic, however glowies will demotivate quite frequently when there's a threat to their existence), which may be why 8chan has a rule against "blackpilling".

from what ive seen in my time lurking here and since ive bothered to make an account i have yet to find an instance of a 100 percent innocent lolcow. like you could argue that some of them have very unfortunate lives/circumstances which do contribute to why they have threads here but in pretty much every case that i have seen at least if somebody is innocent their thread usually dies because there is nothing to laugh at. where as people like ethan ralph are just non stop lolcow machines. so while it may be possible to spin the stories of some of the lolcows here these people are being made fun of for a reason. the biggest evidence of this is CWC obviously as he has been out in the open and caused problems all on his own without us so yeah.
