According to an affidavit, on February 16, detectives with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office learned of a Twitter account reportedly uploading CSAM of children under the age of 10. When the account was searched, detectives found multiple conversations between Granger and and users who identified themselves as 15 year old minors. Granger sent them images of his genitals.
And guess what else the cops found?:

Also here are some older cases proving that the claim that "real pedophiles aren't interested in lolicon" is the biggest bullshit lie ever told:
Jason Ewing
"If I knew I wouldn’t get caught, I would have sex with a 9 or 10 year old
female. It would probably hurt, but she would like it."
Jason Ewing
Jason Ewing is a serial pedophile from East York, Toronto, Canada. He is currently serving an indefinite prison sentence after he was repeatedly convicted of possessing CSAM, as well as abusing his 5 year old cousin.
His crimes are detailed in these court rulings:
Ruling on Application for Assessment [A]
Ruling on Dangerous Offender Application [A]
Ewing first came to the attention of police in 2007, after he posted a CSAM image online. A search of his devices revealed 6,951 images of child pornography and 73 child pornography stories (written CP is illegal in Canada). There were also 292 videos of child pornography, which included depictions of babies. One video showed a young girl being burned with wax as she is sexually assaulted.
On February 15, 2007, Ewing was sentenced to 15 months in prison. He was released later that year.
Ewing was later convicted in 2012 of sexual assault, sexual interference, and failing to comply with a recognizance. The victim of the sexual assault and sexual interference was his female cousin who was 5-6 years old. He was sentenced to consecutive sentences of 162 days imprisonment for the sexual assault, 14 months imprisonment for sexual interference, and 2 months imprisonment for failing to comply.
In November 2019, Ewing's apartment was searched. The police found 1,286 images and 42 videos which met the criminal definition of child pornography.
The collection contained actual images, as well as animated drawings depicting children engaged in sexually explicit activity, including with babies and toddlers. Other things found in the apartment included children's clothing, stuffed toys, an anime body pillow, and infant figurines.
Ewing had been chatting with unknown individuals about CSAM, furries, and incest. He had traded anime child pornography with these people. One of the chats took place 2 days prior to the search:
He had also been volunteering at several anime and art conventions in the years prior, presumably to have contact with the children there.
Doctors who examined Ewing agreed that he was very likely to reoffend. He once told his probation officer that he would have sex with a 9 or 10 year old, if he knew he wouldn't get caught:
Ewing ultimately pleaded guilty to possessing and accessing child pornography. The judge declared that Ewing was a "dangerous offender" and sentenced him to an "indeterminate period of detention in the penitentiary". The Parole Board will determine when he may be released.
James Richard Koegel
James Richard Koegel is a former Army mechanic from Virginia. His military career came to an end in 2010 when he was charged with and later
convicted [A] of sexually abusing a 6 year old and possessing over 100 videos of actual child pornography and over 134,000 images of anime child pornography.
He was stationed at Fort Eustis, a military base in Newport News, Virginia. Koegel was living at the home of a close friend who also worked at the base. The victim was his friend's daughter.
On February 14, 2010, Koegel took the girl into a spare room of the house and sexually assaulted her. The girl told Koegel's wife who alerted the girl's parents.
The military police were called and they searched Koegel's computer. They found 100 videos and 33 images of CSAM, 15 videos depicting bestiality, and over 134,000 animated images depicting the sexual assault of children. These were said to be "Japanese anime cartoons".
At trial, the judge found that the cartoons were obscene under the Miller test:
Koegel was found guilty of abusive sexual contact, multiple counts of receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography, and possession of obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children.
He was
sentenced [A] to 216 months imprisonment, followed by lifetime supervised release. He is scheduled for release next month:

Peter Allen Cash
"This is one of the most disturbing cases of child pornography
that I have come across in my career as a prosecutor."
Bryan Taylor, Canyon County Prosecuting Attorney
Peter Allen Cash is a man from Nampa, Idaho who was jailed for 40 years in what a prosecutor said was the most disturbing CSAM case he had ever seen. Cash had not only possessed CSAM, but also instructed a woman to photograph herself molesting her 4 year old son:

In February 2016, Cash was reported to the NCMEC after he uploaded a pornographic video involving children to his Google Drive.
The police obtained a search warrant for Cash's email account. In addition to 26 child pornography videos, they also found cartoons of children:

Cash was arrested on May 18, 2016. The police found hundreds of photos and 44 videos of child pornography.
On the day of his arrest, Cash had been planning to leave for Canada. It was revealed that he was in contact with a 42 year old woman from Red Deer, Alberta.
The woman, whose name was sealed to protect the idenity of her son, was a daycare worker who met Cash in January 2016. Cash had "guided" her to molest her own son, which she did. She took photos of the abuse and sent them to Cash.
The couple also exchanged both real and drawn CP:

The woman was arrested in June. According to a pre-sentence report and psychological report, she "could not differentiate between reality and fantasy":

In September 2016, Cash was
sentenced [A] to 40 years in prison. He will be eligible for parole in 2034:

The Canadian woman was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison. The prosecution appealed her sentence, arguing that it was too low. Unfortunately, the appeal
failed [A] (although one of the judges dissented and would have increased the sentence to 5 years):
