He is absent, Otsuka Ray claims on multiple occasions to be a single mother, and this seems to be true.
While this may already be well known, I will say it regardless. As the videos state, Otsuka Ray previously was an idol and claims to have shown her face during this time.
Side Note: This youtuber Yiman is really fucking annoying. Typical vtuber fan, but I find his demeanor to be deeply disingenuous.

I'm still kinda iffy on the Otsuka Ray situation. Personally I don't think it's bad enough to say "she should have her child taken away", moreso, "she should take more responsibility for her fans and stop enabling these kinds of people". But a good chunk of indie vtubers can’t seem to help themselves when it comes to lolibaiting or politics.

Frankly it's not much different from notorious Family Youtubers shoving their cameras in their kids' faces on the daily and recording every single thing their kids do with no privacy or concept of a normal childhood... added with a sprinkle of giving your child a child anime avatar with a gimmick intended to attract THAT kind of audience.

Yeah, I 100% agree. Excluding the art, which is just weird no matter the situation, and letting Reika read a not age appropriate discord, I wouldn't care about any of this as long as it was a private thing. Calling for an investigation is way to extreme. From what I've seen, she hasn't done anything that would traumatize Reika, so I don't see a reason to call any sort of CPS like services, especially with how traumatizing the foster system can be.

I was actually the one who made the reddit post regarding the Otsuka Ray Discord and the initial post regarding the Loli God Requiem song. I did go into her discord and grab those screenshots but sadly I do not have the internet or the space to archive her server. Im sure theres far more in the server that can be drug up since from my recollection, its been around since 2020.
I really wish I had the room and the internet to archive this server. I had passed it around to a few people I know and apparently its something like 100gbs. Its just absolutely disgusting to have gone in that discord seeing these lolicon faggots lust after a real 3 year old girl.

Ray's behavior isn't enough to call for an investigation or contact Japan's CGC, but the behavior could easily escalate to the point where it would be justified. Considering how much Ray panders to lolicons, I'd say it's worth it to watch her and her community. Right now the best option is just to keep calling out the weird groomer behavior and hopefully more people will see how vile the vtuber community is. With enough attention, hopefully Otsuka Ray will stop showing her child on streams and doing this gross groomer shit.

Otsuka's daughter is apparently a toddler who could be susceptible to direct and/or indirect indoctrination of disturbing and twisted ideas such as lolisho. I listened to a bit of "Loli God Requiem" or whatever the song is called, and that's just something I'm disturbed that a mother would let her daughter sing as part of her first set of memories.
You know, when after-school specials and PSAs had characters like Sonic the Hedgehog and Winnie the Pooh talk about child molestation and stranger danger, they were at least earnest and trying to be careful when approaching the topic to children. It was very much simplified and the complete opposite of graphic, but even the cartoon characters themselves didn't treat the issue of child predation as anything less than serious. They just said "Hey kids, if someone tries to touch you, don't let them and run to someone you can ask for help."
But with "Loli God Requiem," it's approaching the issue of child predation in a much more blase and inappropriately silly manner. We'll show a cute little anime girl wearing a rape whistle and having a creeped-out look on her face, but we'll also have said cute anime girl do a fun little dance while smiling and talking about a god descending for the lolicons or some shit like that.
Maybe if this were an adult-only show like South Park, like when they did that episode "Child Abduction Is Not Funny" to point out the absurdities of stranger danger education (such as parents abandoning their children due to statistics saying that parents are the most likely to kidnap children), you could get away with that kind of goofy spin on a dark topic.
But "Loli God Requiem" is apparently a big hit in Japan, and the goddamn song has millions of views. I dread to think how many children not only came across that song, but are actively encouraged by parents and other adult figures like Otsuka Ray to listen, sing, and perform that song to others.
This just gives me disturbed vibes, like if (in a hypothetical scenario) the cartoon PSAs included villains such as Dr. Robotnik and the Heffalumps and Woozles and depict them as predators chasing after children like young Sonic and Tails or Roo from Winnie the Pooh. It wants to approach the topic of child predation, but it does so in a wacky manner that's ill-fitting when talking about actual children in danger. Again, even children's cartoon characters had more respect for the topic of children being attacked than whatever the hell "Loli God Requiem" is.
It's been posted that people compare this to adult songs being popular enough for children to listen to, like "Barbie Girl" and "I Like To Move It." I don't view those songs as the best comparison, because
1) those songs didn't talk about child predation. Those songs may have had sexual themes, but it had nothing to do with children as far as I'm aware
2) the lyrics were indirect enough in their wording for those song descriptions that you're less likely to pick up on the more sexual themes until you grew older (at least compared to other sleazy songs, an example of which I'll bring up right below)
A pop song more apt for comparison is Cardi B's "WAP," in so much as you couldn't avoid the trashy subject matter given not only how explicit the lyrics are, but also because it catches your attention with an absurd word like "WAP" and will naturally make anyone wonder what the hell that term even means.
In a somewhat similar way, "Loli God Requiem" is more overt about covering a graphic topic (in this case, child predation). I couldn't see a child listening to the song and watching the music video, and not wondering about why a little girl needs to tell people to stay away from her and what the term loli actually refers to; make no mistake, loli can't refer to just "petite" in this scenario given that we're clearly talking about and depicting children for this song.
Children are not as aware as adults, but that doesn't mean they aren't curious about subject matter that catches their attention. And curiosity can lead children down dangerous paths (At least "WAP" didn't intentionally include children in its smutty lyrics, as far as I'm aware).
Maybe Japan doesn't want to be as direct as America is about child predation due to its social mindset (collectivism, extreme politeness, "the hammer that sticks out gets nailed down," yadda yadda), but as far as I'm concerned, I refuse to speak in bullshit wishy-washy rhetoric when it comes to discussing children being attacked. God, I'm afraid for the generations ahead of us.

This entire Otsuka scenario is very similar to “influencer moms” and parents who let their children do inappropriate Tik Toks in the west. See makeup tutorials done by literal 1st graders. preteen girls putting on makeup and doing explicit dances, etc.
It’s pedo fuel and the parents know exactly what they’re doing. Alot of these parents are attention whores and will do anything for attention, including whoring out their own children to predators online for a profit.

On Twitter there is a certain group of lolicons which are quite the deranged and hypocritical bunch. Oddly enough some of these lolicons proclaim themselves to be Nazis. They engage in attention-seeking rage bait and "ironic" pedophilia posting. But they use this ambiguity as a cover and a way to excuse their degenerate actions. As many of these persons posted gore, including real-life gore of dead children and babies. They post this shock content to rage bait, but in reality these people are sadists who get off on doing this. Many lolisho activists love to claim, "It's only fiction, init mate?" or "I am only pretending to be a pedophile in an ironic way, mate!" But this cope doesn't work when what they are posting is gore of real life children. Not only that, some of these lolicons specifically targeted minors on Twitter and posted this type of gore to their DMs or advocated others to do so.
On Kiwi Farms, there are a fair number of threads documenting these types of people. Threads such as Skidbi Farms, 764, Foodists, Gen Z Ironic Degeneracy, and UTTP. This group of lolicons are quite similar to those types of people. Some of them most likely overlap with them. As I said in the disclaimer, do not directly interact with these people, it's exactly what they want, and they will send you gore or even possibly CSAM or animal abuse content. The best thing you can do is not bite their bait, and instead the only type of interaction you should do is to report them without telling them you did so. These people absolutely hate getting reported and having their accounts banned. Me making this post is me bringing awareness of these cretins.
I have documented around 6 of these people, but there is far more out there on Twitter. These people tend to get their accounts banned fairly quickly.
Here is a list and summary of these people.
- Prince EphebophiIе Chud: This lolicon is from East Asia and he would directly post pictures of dead babies among other types of gore on his account. He was by far the worst one for this behavior.
- Newport: A-19-year-old lolicon from England that has been banned over 17+ times on Twitter. He would gain a viral post where he posted an AI-generated video of Nick Fuentes saying he loves BBC. Nick Fuentes would block him. Newport would also post AI-generated videos asking people to post DNB (non-sexual child abuse image) to a person's DMs, including one instance where he targeted a minor with this harassment.
- Sonbolycel: A Burmese Nazi living in the USA. This lolicon is quite pathetic, he's the type of person that probably uses Incel forums. Ironically, this lolicon is one of those that would complain about the "antis." Meanwhile, he posts pro-pedophilia content and pictures of real dead babies. Disturbingly, this guy has a fascination with mass shooters and has hinted at a desire to become a future mass killer. I documented 3 cases of this person advocating people to send gore to minors on Twitter.
- Lifer: Much like the previous person, he is also as pathetic. He is a Greek lolicon that likes to idolize and LARP as Oskar Direwlanger, a WW2 war criminal that engaged in severe crimes against humanity, including acts of pedophilia. This lolicon is very saddened that his previous accounts got banned. The funniest thing to happen to him was that he had his Discord sexting DMs leaked by a Polish person.
- Sovern: The accounts for this guy got banned fairly quickly, but they were explicitly pro-pedophilia.
- CunnyCrusader88: An open lolicon that hates the antis. The bio of this lolicon directly asks minors to interact with him. As usual, this lolicon posts pro pedophilia memes and has made references to DNB.

I had heard of two of these people before - Lifer and CunnyCrusader88. Didn't think they were on the level of UTTP/Foodists & et al. Abhorrent.I have documented around 6 of these people, but there is far more out there on Twitter. These people tend to get their accounts banned fairly quickly.
Here is a list and summary of these people.
- Prince EphebophiIе Chud: This lolicon is from East Asia and he would directly post pictures of dead babies among other types of gore on his account. He was by far the worst one for this behavior.
- Newport: A-19-year-old lolicon from England that has been banned over 17+ times on Twitter. He would gain a viral post where he posted an AI-generated video of Nick Fuentes saying he loves BBC. Nick Fuentes would block him. Newport would also post AI-generated videos asking people to post DNB (non-sexual child abuse image) to a person's DMs, including one instance where he targeted a minor with this harassment.
- Sonbolycel: A Burmese Nazi living in the USA. This lolicon is quite pathetic, he's the type of person that probably uses Incel forums. Ironically, this lolicon is one of those that would complain about the "antis." Meanwhile, he posts pro-pedophilia content and pictures of real dead babies. Disturbingly, this guy has a fascination with mass shooters and has hinted at a desire to become a future mass killer. I documented 3 cases of this person advocating people to send gore to minors on Twitter.
- Lifer: Much like the previous person, he is also as pathetic. He is a Greek lolicon that likes to idolize and LARP as Oskar Direwlanger, a WW2 war criminal that engaged in severe crimes against humanity, including acts of pedophilia. This lolicon is very saddened that his previous accounts got banned. The funniest thing to happen to him was that he had his Discord sexting DMs leaked by a Polish person.
- Sovern: The accounts for this guy got banned fairly quickly, but they were explicitly pro-pedophilia.
- CunnyCrusader88: An open lolicon that hates the antis. The bio of this lolicon directly asks minors to interact with him. As usual, this lolicon posts pro pedophilia memes and has made references to DNB.
Did these people's parents not give them attention or what? It feels as if even the lolicons themselves would do a good job separating from them, yet since it seems to be an "anything goes" for these people, they won't gatekeep what is important. Ironic.
Look forward to when all 6 of them are listed as "dead".
And these people bring shame to what the NSDAP movement is supposed to be, but I won't sperg here, that's not the time and place.
