This is another one of those cases where I wonder why you can't just get her sent to a psychiatric hospital or something of the sort. Ehh...but isn’t menstrual blood mostly water? I thought I read somewhere it typically only contains a few tablespoons of actual blood. I mean yeah it’s still “dead uterine lining” and full of germs, but it comes across as less gross than literal shit. Straight up drinking a shot of it is way grosser than going down on your gf while she’s on the rag though.

Salt water is mostly water as well, but you don't want to drink that. No matter what percentage of it is water, period blood is still bodily waste like feces or vomit.
As I said, I may just be more desensitized to hearing about people eat their own shit since just about every schizo with a thread here has recorded themselves eating their own shit, but you don't hear many cases of crazy women drinking their own period blood.
