Why is it... frothy? Did they not filter out the fat? Why were the traditional tender beef chunks and colourful veggies subbed out for ONE (1) huge dry cauliflower-shaped beef(?) ball bobbing in Better than Bouillion Beef Base broth with some scant pieces of undercooked potato? Why is it so watery? What hellish food did Kowvin and Lorena grow up eating if they think this is beef stew and also a meal worthy of flexing?
At least the lettuce wraps looked somewhat edible, this looks like the contents of a clogged truck stop toilet.

I have looked at this for an inordinate amount of time and still can't parse what the fuck is in the middle of the bowl. It looks like either cauliflower or meat piled in the middle and completely smothered in seasoning. The water stew has fatty scum and is the consistency of a thin-ish soup.
Holy shit Kevin, please flex more about Lori's cooking. It honestly rivals FVG's abominations in quality and presentation.
I think they must have both grown up eating straight out of the pack food because it seems to be the homemade element of both the tacos/blt (?) and this stew that he's so proud of. Nobody who grew up eating real food would think this is appealing in any way.

I hate calling this soup or stew because it’s watery and literally has a froth, but I’m betting the lump in the middle is a very ugly biscuit.
Beef stew with biscuits is a pretty normal meal in that part of the country but anywhere in the county this would be an abomination.
That biscuit is so dry and overcooked that it looks like coffee cake.
