Hey, I noticed Kevin forgot to crop out his address in his new instagram post.
I turned up the contrast and clarity to see if I could make out anything. I only got vague outlines of letters but what stood out to me is the last two numbers of the address. I could tell those were at least a XX'40' or XX'10'. When I looked closer I thought I could see a 5 or 3 at the beginning.
So, I just googled apartments in West Valley City, UT. The only address ending in '10' that looked similar was Enclave at Redwood. Coincidentally, it starts with a 3. 3810 is pretty on the money. I went through their photo gallery and compared them to Lori and Kevin's photos, lo and behold they are VERY similar.

Bathroom:
Same layout with the door facing the shower, matching grey counters and white sink. The hand towel rack is just fixed on the opposite wall as shown in the promo photos I think. Toilet would be next to the shower. The bathroom closet is either sliding white wood doors or accordion doors in the hallway as opposed to being in the restroom. Take note of the light switch here. You'll see it in the Enclave photo gallery.
Kitchen:
There's many variations in kitchen floor plans so I'm not 100% about this part of the house. I'm inclined to think its the same due to the flooring. The cabinetry looks newer but cheap. The oven and fridge are next to each other and the dishwasher is facing the window which also lends to this theory.
Living Room/Front Room:
This layout ticks almost every box so far and we haven't even gotten to bedrooms. Assuming the mirror Kevin is using is propped up by the kitchen (given the fluorescent lighting), this would put the patio behind him as you see here. The only thing unseen as of yet is the hallway and fireplace.
Bedrooms:
This is Kevin's room, right next to Lori's. I assume this is separate because we never see his props or artwork hanging in Lori's photos.
We've seen Lori's room at 100 different angles but I put these here so you can take note of the doors in the hallway and the reflection of the sliding door closets. Everything up to this point leads me to believe this is the place. What do you all think? Anyone better at this than me? I don't usually do this kind of sleuthing but I felt the need to teach Kevin a lesson. I don't consider this a doxx cause I'm not 100% certain. I don't have any metadata to work with, just this tinfoil. Now, if someone would like to verify this information... do it. LOL.
