Off-Topic Losing people to transgenderism support thread - Support group for trans widows and other people who lost loved ones to troonism

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I feel like those women are the same kind that would be like "I'm not like other girls" years earlier. They're trying to find not themselves, but support and love by grabbing onto popular movements of oppression. "This is why people don't like me, pity me" and "I'm always bullied and never fit it, it's because I'm actually trans, it all makes sense" sort of deals. It's very sad.

I really hope as we get towards the decade long marker of this madness that most who detransitioned don't kill themselves. I want to see more people who go on with their lives in spite of their mistakes, and hopefully have voices to speak up when other people start detransing. It blows man.
Trans people wanting OTC hormones make me laugh. There's a reason you go to the doctor and have doctors visits, it's not to be told "oh you're looking so much more like a man/lady/nonbinary", it's so they can monitor whether you're going to get a bloodclot or other affliction as a side effect of the fucking hormones. A lot of these people are going to be fucking shocked when it turns out hormones have side effects other than making you look more like the other geneder, and half of that will be on the troon lobby trying to get informed consent into everyone's hands like the tards they are.

I think the same on the male troon end of the scale. I think another is better understanding of oneself & others if say they have autism.

You live on spite and I kinda admire that. A hard ass bitch in a hard ass state. :punished:

You'd also think that considering your fucking state you'd have more gays who were republican or not die-hard blue. I guess those aren't the type to join up at the gay bars I suppose.
There is only one other gay Republican that I met in this state. We are both banned from the only gay bars in the whole state. (both are here in Anchorage.)

PS, I lived in San Francisco through most of the 1980s. I met quite a few "trannies" (most were just crazy pre ops who never followed through) Every single one of them was bat shit crazy

Came home, found my boyfriend wearing one of my dresses and jerking off into my underwear. Bit of an anxious guy, but a seemingly normal musician/cook. I knew he'd crossdressed for like, Rocky Horror but nothing crazy. I had to navigate a bit of shit when I broke up with him because he instantly came out and troon shielded, and in a very progressive place, I suddenly had to describe what was really creepy behavior as him "discovering herself". We'd gotten along well before that, and I had no idea. Now I believe he is living as his brave and stunning self, and I destroyed most of my clothes after that. Now I'm very unnerved of trans people, especially mtfs.

Over half of voters know someone who has trooned out. Where do you people live, and what the hell is going on with your friend group?

Perhaps it's because I don't frequent or take part in any of the hotspot hobbies/circles where this happens - gaming, anime, being a stupid nigger et al; but I legitimately cannot think of a single person, no matter how far related, who has trooned out.

I'm sure it's just a matter of time though.
I am into theater... Up until 2016, I was employed by the theater companies in Anchorage. Now, not one of them talks to me.

I think there's some insane stat about trans people in Gen z. Something about 1/4-1/5 being any sort of trans (or maybe that's LGBTQ+ in general, who knows). That seems pretty accurate to me and everyone I know. I'd even believe 1/2 were.
That's indoctrination at work. Troons don't even deny they want to see all gen z as lgbqtlmnop+

I don't know any troons personally but I'm spotting them out in the wild (Brisbane Australia) semi regularly. At least one a month, sometimes every week or two. Usually MTF, but I see FTM on occasion.
"Evidence suggests that the prevalence has increased over the last decades to up to 5–14 male-to-female transgender (MtF) individuals per 1000 adult males and 2–3 female-to-male transgender (FtM) individuals per 1000 adult females." (link)
MTF's are 0.014% where as FTM are 0.003% of the population I'm sure the % has grown since this study in 2017.
But the point is that, men are much more likely to transition than women hence they make up a high %

to get even more into the scientific explanation
TL DR they blame it on X-chromosome's since men have more they are more likely to be trans
when looking around I found this

"Genes linked to transsexuality are found on the X-chromosome, and since men have only 1 copy of this chromosome, atypical alleles are more likely to be expressed phenotypically in men.
A similar ratio of men to women is found in sexual orientation, where gay men are approximately twice as common as gay women.

"A variant genotype for a gene called CYP17, which acts on the sex hormones pregnenolone and progesterone, has been found to be linked to female-to-male transsexuality but not MtF transsexuality. Most notably, the FtM subjects not only had the variant genotype more frequently, but had an allele distribution equivalent to male controls, unlike the female controls. The androgen receptor (NR3C4) is activated by the binding of testosterone or dihydrotestosterone, where it plays a critical role in the forming of primary and secondary male sex characteristics."

Coming at it from a normie angle I'm not sure about this explanation, it makes sense that they would be apx double since women only have one x-chromosome.
but it still doesn't seem like it's the full explanation

Its a proportionately very small percentage of the population but is very visible because its kinda hard to ignore if you come across one, same with autistic people, they have a way of becoming memorable even as such a small minority.

A thought struck me recently. Does anyone have any old records of suicide rates among transgendered people before the 2010s when it seemed to really become a fad or an ultra low effort at changing themselves? I can't help but think that the 41% thing only recently came to be as more and more people came into this sort of thing in the 2010s
The 41% thing is kind of skewed tbh with you. It is the result of a poll posted that relied on self reporting and given the propensity for this group to angle itself as the ultimate victim and over-dramatize everything I have doubts the actual number lines up to that.

EDIT: https://williamsinstitute.law.ucla.edu/publications/suicidality-transgender-adults/
Here is the study. Its beyond flawed.
"The 2015 U.S. Transgender Survey (USTS), which is the largest survey of transgender people in the U.S. to date, found that 81.7 percent of respondents reported ever seriously thinking about suicide in their lifetimes, while 48.3 percent had done so in the past year. In regard to suicide attempts, 40.4 percent reported attempting suicide at some point in their lifetimes, and 7.3 percent reported attempting suicide in the past year."

When its self report, the suicide attempt could be anything from taking 3 Tylenol PM to trying to buy a gun, failing, and crying.

Again if you are part of online communities, specially hobbies like gaming and anime you will find them.

Also if you work in tech, companies might have at least 1 trans person that will become your coworker for extra woke points, but this goes in hand with professions that keep people isolated like programming.

My only acquaintance with a troon is via work, and they're basically just a gay man with tits bolted onto their chest and paint's their face.

I went on a couple of dates in High School with a girl that eventually transitioned in 2017 (our adulthood). We decided to remain friends, though I think I dodged a bullet because she started really getting around after that.

She used to be a pretty redhead with long hair, but the last time I saw her before her transitioning, she chopped all her hair off and got awful septum and lip piercings.

Now "he" dyes her hair stupid colors all the time, including one time where she had a neon-green mohawk. She also once had the worst possible fake(?) beard I had ever seen. It was like someone cut up a carpet sample and glued it to her face. She's now dating someone that I genuinely don't know if they're a man or a woman.

She works at my local grocery store, so I see her nearly once a week. It's still awkward even just saying hello, even when it's been nearly 4 years since she transitioned.

I have two stories to share of FtMs who I have no personal investment in other than observing their behaviour after having interacted with them in the past.

The first is the daughter of bookshop owners who are best known for continually pissing off the traditionalist/conservative town they are based in with left-wing schemes, including denouncing Christmas due to celebrations being offensive to minorities. The daughter received her mother's name upon birth, which might clue you into their family dynamic. This girl studied theatre art, working on her own projects such as hanging out with hookers in an erotic gay club and locking herself into a room in an almost-naked state for a few days straight with only paint and canvas to keep her occupied. She culturally enriched a country in Asia for about a year and is currently teaching theatre to children in immigrant / refugee camps. I'm surprised she hasn't been strung up by the parents yet.

This girl always presented with shortish hair but in the past year started to require they / them pronouns and lobbed off her breasts via a mastectomy. She seems unhealthily obsessed with them though, frequently showing off her grotesque scars as well as calling attention to custom breasted stuff animals and coffee mugs with nipples. She is currently producing a webseries about breasts and recorded possibly the worst theme song in existence, which I sadly cannot share without revealing her identity. She also lived in a campervan for a while, but currently occupies a regular apartment where she expands her collection of gaudy tattoos and nose piercings.

The other case is a girl I had physical relations with - I was older than her and ran into her right as she started her BSc in a STEM field. This was a plenty feminine person, who enjoyed riding her horses and playing games like the Sims and Assassin's Creed which are traditionaly popular with the fairer sex - I later heard she had her walls painted with a landscape taken from some indie game. While a bit chunky, this was unmistakably a woman but I suspect it was the enablers she surrounded herself with that sent her down the troon path. She ended up taking hormones, growing out facial hair but completely failing to pass, changed her name, and recently got engaged to a man that claims to be homosexual and has the nastiest hair you'll ever see. The girl now works in a dead-end job wherein she resets passwords for clueless old people all day - the Bsc and later Msc going to complete waste.

Both girls have no child-rearing ambitions and instead dote on pets instead. Neither had a history of mental illness but did sit at the centre of support networks that enabled them - the former case encouraged by her artsy friends and the strangest set of parents you'll ever meet while the latter case was encouraged by the gamer crowd that has led to so many men trooning out.

Having read this thread I feel like most of the experiences described by Farmers deal with MtF transitions, so hopefully this post will have highlighted the other side of the coin some more (or really just entertained one of you). Women are perhaps just as susceptible to being lured into irreparably damaging their bodies by subsets of society that reward such behaviour as men are. The former girl was likely a lost cause anyway with parents like the ones she has, but the latter could be seen in a different light; in this brave and stunning current year she spends her days popping hormones and pegging a man, whereas she would almost certainly have matured into a normal Cisgender mother had she been born as little as ten years earlier.

The second girl sounds like a pretty cool person and someone I would have enjoyed hanging out with in my twenties. How incredibly sad, she could have made a good life for herself.

Yesterday, I was sitting in a coffee shop when a former "friend" I have known for 25 years walked in, saw me and walked right back out.
Before yesterday, I had not seen nor heard from this person in 2 years.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I learned from a psychology teacher that we humans tend to seek "safety in numbers" We will surround ourselves with what makes us feel 'safe" (or at least the familiar) Rarely do we venture out our comfort zone.
What I find somewhat amusing and/or baffling is John Waters has stated pubically many times to step out of your comfort zone. Something he has not done yet.

They only say this for others to do when it is to their own personal benefit; they never mean it for themselves, because they feel that they never have to change for others.

A dear friend of mine I've been friends with since highschool recently got sucked into a cringey lefty D&D group. Ever since, I can see the start of his trooning out. It's worth notice that he is very autistic and basically adapts his personality to match that of whatever group he is having the most fun with at the time. He's begun to change his profile picture to anime girls, has weird status messages on discord like "I am the useless Lesbian", and other shit.

We got in a fight recently over a joke I made that he took extremely seriously. It wasn't anything extreme either. It was one of those JK Rowling jokes that everyone used to make like two years ago or whatever, and it was in regards to a character from a show we both like that he was claiming was gay because the voice actor said so. He became unhinged and started absolutely trashing me as a racist, homophobic/transphobic asshole—which I kind of am—but until very recently, we had shared most of the same humor. When I called him out on this, he said he never made such jokes and that he was appalled that I had.

I was pretty concerned at this point, and since he's essentially a child stuck in a man's body, I called his caretakers to make sure they knew about the kind of people he was hanging out with on the internet. They're two conservative grandparents, so I expected them to tard wrangle him and beat some sense into him, but ever since he's just gotten worse and has pretty much begun to shun me. He's left all our shared communication channels and blocked me on everything—even my cellphone number. I've just kind of been in shock since, because literally less than two weeks ago he was making fun of troons and laughing along with me.

I'm hoping this is just a phase he's going through since he's hanging out with these D&D nerds, but I'm worried for him and any day now I'm expecting him to start putting pronouns in his social media and going by "ma'am". The last fucking thing I want is to see him become a freak like Chris Chan or something. Half of my high-school life was sticking up for him against bullies and whatnot; trying to teach him how to act normal and make friends. It feels like all of that was a waste now.

Edit: Grammatical errors.

I've had several online gaming friends who I've lost to the trans cult over the course of a few years. Most of them were younger, more impressionable guys wanting to cut off their dicks to feel better or something. They probably thought they'd feel better after ruining their bodies with copious amounts of estrogen, but they each turned out worse after trooning out. Even though I'd like to say I give no shits about any of them anymore because they're annoying freaks now, I feel pity towards them. It's easy for lefties with depression or low self-esteem and a lack of awareness to fall into these traps. I'd talk some sense into their ears too but most troons won't listen until they've 41%'d themselves. :(
