I've been lurking on the wiki for a while, and I must say I'm very impressed by its depth. That's why I found it so surprising that the fan-comic Capering Berries was only a footnote on a few pages. I decided to look into making an article for it, but to my disappointment, it seems the comic has been lost with Asperpedia.

The only evidence it existed is this video of the first seven strips.

Was the comic ever archived, or is it lost forever?

I managed to find the Sonichu is Dead comic that Sean made using the wayback machine. Unfortunately, the wayback machine doesn't seem to be working for the Asperpedia.
 
I remember these comics.

"The Internet Is So Yesterday" was hilarious.

And "Direct 2 Sex" was spot on about that slut Jackie.

At the time I thought the character of Simonchu was stupid so I didn't read that.
 
What was wrong with Niachu's eyes? Was that explained?

Considering that he talks about "dark parodic works stealing my creativity", I suspect that the answer is yes, but he's not about to say which ones he's read, probably because he skims through them.

I used to be a part of the forums a looong time ago (maybe two years ago? Either way I forgot about the great dictator CWC before the Tomgirl saga and only recently started catching up on events). But I've been trying really hard to find this fancomic, and I can't remember its name.

I think it was drawn traditionally, and it was about Collosal Chan. Something like that. I remember him hitting on a Rosechu or something and always being foiled, but he was actually a likeable character. The art was also really good (IMO anyway).
