Yes but he never actually saw combat according to himself. He's only been exposed to indirect fire via mortars + one incident where someone far away was shooting at his truck. The closest he's been to personally dying is when his humvee ran over a dud IED. He spent the war building highways. If he had actually gone through combat that's one thing but he's claiming combat vet status and PTSD off of barely anything.
