Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

People are trolling as him on OW groups, apparently. Which is very strange.

A lot of people argue that Lucas's online behavior is part of what gets him put in hospital.

IMO the fact that he's straight back on the crazy train online and there's no evidence of anyone helping him shows that no one gives a fuck what Lucas posts online.

The main concern with Lucas is the safety of other people (mainly young girls) and partly if he's a danger to himself. As soon as a young girl puts in a genuine complaint about weird behavior from Lucas then he'll be straight back in hospital again.

I also think there's probably minimal attempts to treat him, because he wants to believe his delusions are true. He's sent to hospital to protect others, not to treat him.

He mentioned having a minder of some sort in one of his videos, but I think the proliferation of posts and videos shows that no one's paying that much attention to him. From the way he's been talking, he's not in a situation that they dole out his meds for every dose, so I assume he's taking them sporadically, if at all.

I think they probably did genuinely try to help him while he was in there, mostly because that's what places like that do, regardless of the motivation. Obviously they'd prefer that he actually be treated while he's in there because there are limits on how long you can keep someone involuntarily, but I'd guess at this point that his treatment is more for society's benefit, rather than his.

Not sure, that’s just what I heard. I imagine staying off the Internet was part of it.
Possible, however, maybe they let him sperg because A) there's no harm in just words, and B) he says what he's really thinking online, and that makes it easier to keep tabs on him. Perhaps the only condition they put on him was he couldn't tell people where he's living. Maybe that's why he keeps trying to get people to meet him elsewhere.

He's living at Phoenix House again.

Lucas is claiming he's got a 23 year old female coming over for dinner tonight.

I don't think Evie understands the first amendment or the strict rules mental hospitals have to follow when detaining patients. While I don't doubt that doctors would advise Lucas not to make his shitty youtube videos, there's no way they can make it a condition of his release that he doesn't make them.

Laws that entirely ban social media use have been struck down as unconstitutional, but restrictions on social media use are common for sex offenders and have stood. See: https://scholarship.law.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1002&context=jlt

That Evie person specifically referred to certain restrictions on the type of content he can post, not an outright ban. His records are not public and nobody seems to know for sure the precise details of why he ended up in the loony bin previously, but he was in the forensics ward and alluded to "aggressive behaviour" on his part, so it's distinctly plausible that he could have restrictions imposed upon him.

While Lucas is a creepy crazy fucker who worries everyone over what he'll do, he is not a sex offender until he's convicted of an offence. While he freaks everyone the fuck out, he hasn't actually done anything yet.

Not in the screenshotted post, she didn't. She said that he was not to post videos and wasn't allowed to use Facebook for dating.

If he was committed by court order, then yes, they can set conditions. Furthermore, the supported housing can also set rules. It may be a case that the judge ruled if he was homeless, he went back in the looney bin. If he breaks Phoneix House's rules, he's on the street, so back to the nuthouse with him. Their first priority is keeping their residents safe, and having people coming by to look at the weirdo endangers their privacy. Plus, no such place is going to let a 23-year-old woman be alone with a guy who would most definitely rape if he thought he could get away with it. They could get sued, the publicity could get them shut down, no good would come of it. And yes, they can set restrictions on visitors. That's why the mentally ill who can live on their own move to a regular apartment, so they can do what they want.
