Apparently, Lucas has no roommate as was overheard by the nursing home aid or housekeeper. I wonder if this is by design? If the place is sought after, I would think they would place someone else in there. If Lucas doesn't like it, then too bad. If Lucas can't get along with others, then eventually he would be the one to go. They can't let him get in the way of Mallon Place making money.

Also, other residents may resent Lucas having his own room while they have to share with someone else.
