Really dude? That's TV. Looks may not matter much in some relationships, but still. Most people end up with someone in their own "league" so to speak. Lucas doesn't have a chance with fat women, older women, or ugly women, etc. They don't want him. Pretty sure they'd choose to be alone than be with Lucas. So it's HILARIOUS that he thinks he has a chance with a beautiful fit young woman.

I might be more inclined to believe they’re moving him to another type of situation that isn’t unlike when he was in the group home for Frontier Behavioral Health

How much money is likely to have left over from his tard$’s each month?
Is it co-ed living or will he just be with other middle aged people?
Is he likely to have access to cooking facilities?
Guests allowed?
Overnight guests?? (Not ladies obviously, but can he turn this into an unofficial homeless shelter offering a roof for anyone who promises to show him “where the woman at?”

I'm sure it's some sort of living situation for the exceptional. I'm thinking he will be under the supervision of some sort of wrangler. How much he will be paying in rent and how heavy the supervision will be is the big questions. If he gets the chance to get off his meds, he surely will.

From the checking I did the rent for housing for the disabled is 30 to 40% of their monthly income. Even if the Creeper pays the 40% it still leaves him about $500 a month to blow. Since he is going to have to share the apartment with a roommate he may even pay less than the 40. The Creeper will have access to a kitchen and as @Da Dude123 already mention he'll be under supervision. As to guests, probably can have guests during the day but I doubt overnight..
